- Due to various ramps, stairs and threshold, our boats do not accommodate wheelchairs or mobility assistance devices such as canes, walkers or crutches (including boots or braces). With loading and unloading passengers from an open ocean pier (Stearns Wharf), we are unable to board passengers that require assistance from others or any special equipment. All guests must be able to walk independently, using strong and wide unassisted steps. Safety is our highest priority.

Beautiful night on the water. The area is pretty calm so did not have to worry about choppy water. The scenery was lovely.
We really enjoyed the hour and half sunset yacht ride. It was a little chilly the day we went so glad I brought a sweater. We didn’t see much wildlife except three sea lions but appreciated the narration of the captain and the yacht rock playlist. Also enjoyed the margarita! All the staff was friendly and welcoming.
Excellent time! Captain Kirk (don’t call him that) was hilarious! Crew mates were both amazing and super quick with drinks!

I’m usually excited to use Viatar. I’ve had a lot of wonderful experiences. However, when we arrived , we were told we needed to have VIP to sit in certain areas and get prime experience. They said we paid through a third party. So, We paid an extra 10.00 each. There were probably less than 25 people total on boat. There were seats everywhere. The extra $10 was a joke. I Hope Viatar looks into this scam!!

Just to clarify for future guests: Viator is a third-party reseller, and their listings clearly note that those tickets are for our Main Deck experience. At check-in, we offer an optional $10 upgrade to the Upper Deck if space is available. Upper Deck includes priority boarding and a guaranteed outdoor seat, while Main Deck seating is first come, first served. The upgrade is completely optional and is not based on passenger count. Our pricing and deck options are also posted on our website and at check-in. We appreciate you joining us and will continue work on making these options even more clear during check-in.
