The beach itself is beautiful, but unfortunately it was very rocky and slippery because of the rainy weather. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the staff. They seemed much friendlier and more welcoming to Spanish visitors, while we felt ignored. Nobody explained where to find the restaurant or recommended places to visit nearby. Overall, I’ve noticed that in many places around Ibiza, foreigners are not always treated with the same friendliness or respect, which made the experience quite disappointing.
Good morning, we regret to read that you did not have a good experience on board. Regarding the ship's staff, we will speak with them to find out what happened so we can correct it and prevent it from happening again. As for the beach, there is little we can do there. We hope that if you travel with us again in the future, you will be able to see the improvements. Thank you and our apologies again.
Fatal everything, the meeting point does not match the departure point, when I got to the address that said the app was not there and the departure point was equal to about 5min further and that cost me to lose the trip
Hola, Sentimos tu experiencia, en el bono se indica donde se tiene que canjear el ticket, que es también el mismo lugar desde donde sale el barco (caseta de Sun&Beach frente el bar Palapa). Everything was perfectly fine! Boat left on time both ways and in my opinion the price for this service is very fair. Staff was friendly and I felt safe on board.

Everything punctual, optimal boat, fair price for the Service contracted! I suggest taking the first boat to catch the empty beach.

No notification that the boat ride was cancelled. I arrived at meet up location with a paper sign “no boat rides today”. This ruin my start of the day as it was plan to go to the beach. Luckily I found another boat taxi to another beach.

The trip is a quick 15 minute ride to the beach. It was easy to find the boarding kiosk and collect paper tickets. We travelled at 11am, boat was almost empty. Cala Salada was fairly empty too, as we quickly discovered, it was rocky. Everyone was on the nearby Cala Saladeta(sandy and packed with people), bring good shoes, as getting to the beaches involves a lot of climbing over rocks. The restaurant opens at 2pm and when we decided to eat there at 3pm, we barely got a table. Overall I’d say it is a “visit once” beach.

I was very disappointed. The tour started as normal, but on arrival in Formentera they informed that they would not be going to És Vedrà due to weather condition. So far so good, safety first always. But they would not refund the money if the person chose to cancel and not even if they got off in Formentera (which would cost 25 euros and not 68 euros). I went on the tour and it stopped at 2 places for swimming. Beautiful sea but all the same in the 2 places. Then they said they saw a dolphin but only the crew saw it. No passengers saw it. It was not worth it. The other boat I took, which went to És Vedrà for the sunset is much better.
Hello Sabrina, We are sorry you didn’t have a good experience. As you said, the sea conditions were not optimal to visit the area of Es Vedrà, so it was decided to make a change of route. It was reported before the departure from Ibiza, to give the customer the option of getting off the boat if he/she wanted, probably for some reason you didn't heard it correctly. You also had the option to get out of the boat in Formentera and we would refunded the proportional part of the ticket (as some people did). In any case, we felt that his perception was not good and on the other hand we were glad that you could see Es Vedrà by other ways. We had an amazing day!!!!!!!! The crew was super friendly and hospitable, the boat was beautiful, and everything was just really great. I would 100% recommend this excursion.
