Aarón was an excellent guide: patient, thorough, and clearly passionate about San Miguel’s history and culture. With just the two of us, the tour never felt rushed. He took his time walking us through the city’s evolution over the centuries, weaving together history, culture, and architecture in a way that was genuinely engaging rather than just a recitation of facts. One of our favorite moments was simply sitting in the courtyard of the art institute and taking in the beauty of the space. The fact that Aarón built in time for that says a lot about how well-paced the tour was. You never felt like you were being shuffled along. If you want to actually understand the city you’re walking through, start here.
Thank you very much Giuliana for taking the time to write such a nice review. It was a very enjoyable tour for me too. I'm glad you liked it.
Aaron was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. This is a great way to get the lay of the land in San Miguel as well as the history. Just the right length of time as well.
Thank you Margaret! It was lovely to show around San Miguel. Aarón.
We had a group of 9 women who were in San Miguel de Allende for the first time. Aaron was great. He is very knowledgeable about the city, the surrounding area, and its rich history. I truly feel like we got to know the city rather than just being tourists wandering on our own. He also did a tour for us of Delores Hidalgo on a separate day. Again, very personable and informative. He showed us many things we would never have found on our own.
Thank you very much Sandra for your comments and rating! I really appreciate it Aarón.
Marimar was incredible! Very good tour. Very thorough and personable! Size of group was 10 which was very good. Would recommend highly.
Very nice tour of San Miguel and interesting information. Walked down many streets and stopped in some stores.
Marimar was an excellent tour guide. Appreciated her instructions on where to meet and that she adjusted the tour to end at a restaurant where we had lunch plans. We learned a lot about Mexican history and the magical town of San Miguel.
The guide arrived 14 minutes late. Repeated efforts to contact the tour operator were not responded to . Luckily the guide did arrive eventually and was apologetic. She conducted an excellent tour.
Thank you for your review Andrew! I'm sorry the guide arrived late :( We're working on that. Regarding your messages I didn't get a notification from Viator that you sent it, and I saw them later. I'll check with them that situation. Regards.
