Pickup Locations & Times
We provide roundtrip transportation (hotel pick-up & drop-off) for select major hotels in the San Juan metro area. Guests opting for transportation must provide their hotel information (name & address) at least 48 hours prior to the activity. Failure to do so will result in meeting at the designated location. If a guest’s hotel is not listed or is staying at an Airbnb, we will arrange pick-up to the nearest hotel from our list. Guests will receive their hotel pick-up time on the day of the activity via text message (between 11 am and 1 pm). Guests missing their transportation must meet at the tour's location. Pick-up times typically range from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, subject to traffic and weather conditions. Pick-up locations may be subject to change for logistical reasons.

- This activity operates in all weather conditions except in cases of extreme weather events or public warnings, in which guests may opt for a refund or reschedule for the next available day.
- We reserve the right to modify the meeting time at the marina and/or the departure time. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour before departure at the marina due to unfavorable weather conditions.
- We reserve the right to change the pick-up location and schedule due to logistical reasons such as traffic, road closures, narrow streets, parking restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Participants must adhere to a casual dress code for outdoor activities, which prohibits bathing suits, cover-ups, or see-through/translucent clothing.
- Individuals heavily under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to the tour will be denied participation and may be charged.
- Smoking any type of cigars, cigarettes, medicinal cannabis, or nicotine vapes is prohibited on the RST Bus, at the San Juan Bay Marina, or while on the Sunset Boat. Guests found engaging in these practices will be denied participation for safety reasons and will still be charged.
- Children under 2 years old must remain in their parent's lap. Children aged 2 to 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Once the boat crew begins preparations to depart from the dock, boarding will not be permitted, and guests will be considered a no-show.
- No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for late cancellations, no-shows, tardiness, or failure to comply with requirements.
- We do not accept amendments less than 24 hours before the activity
- For the month of June 2026: The boat will depart at 6:05PM
- The boat is a pontoon boat and does not have a restroom onboard. There are restrooms available at the marina.

Super fun and very worthwhile!! The hotel pick up was very helpful and the driver was friendly and pointed out things as we got to the boat. The boat ride was really fun- the guide was knowledgeable and he and the other operators made sure everyone had fun. It was a beautiful sunset, beautiful place to be, fun people, and even a little dancing.
It was a great way to learn about San Juan, and celebrate its history. The sunset was beautiful and the sites were astounding. The tour guide, Rafael, was knowledgeable and full of energy. He made the boat ride one to remember. Would highly recommend anyone to go on the boat ride into the sunset. Major kudos to Rafael and the rest of the crew. All were polite and provided a fun experience. He acknowledged all birthdays and my parent’s 44th anniversary with all the crew and passengers singing ‘Happy Birthday’ and ‘Happy Anniversary’.
We had a blast, making the best out of every moment. Beautiful view seeing from outside in of old San Juan .

We were celebrating a friend’s 50th birthday and this experience was the last night of our vacation!! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. They also surprised us with snacks and drinks! All-in-all it was a great way to end our celebration and trip!!
It's fun and educational. We really enjoyed it. Pick up and drop off was very helpful for us, as we were not familiar with the area.
The bus was freezing and took a long time waiting for another group. When arriving at the marina after over an hour there was no bathroom as listed in the info from the tour. I asked for a solution and offered several but no help or resolution was given. Food was stale and minimal and sangria pouches spilled everywhere. After the tour I had to walk a few blocks to go to a hotel bathroom along with other guests when the driver could have just taken us to one. I also had to walk back. The bus driver was the nicest person on the tour. Extremely poor customer service and definitely not worth what it cost. I would say it’s a $39 per person experience at best and I never leave negative reviews like this but the poor customer service needs to be brought to light for other tourists.
This tour was a last minute booking for us and we are so glad we did! From picking us up at the hotel to getting us out on the water and making sure we got the best pics - the crew was fantastic! Will definitely do again!
Overall a wonderful experience but the host, captain and skipper were absolutely amazing.
This is a perfect activity with your partner, friends or even by yourself!!!! They offer to pick you up and drop off at your hotel if you’re close to the area. Tony was our driver for pickup and he was SO nice!!! Super funny too lol. Boat ride was FANTASTIC!!!! I think our tour guides name was Joe. Oh he was so much FUN!!!!! They played music on the boat too, which I loved. It was a full on VIBE!!!!! This is a must do when you’re in San Juan. Beautiful views❤️ you won’t regret it.
