Pickup Locations & Times
We provide roundtrip transportation (hotel pick-up & drop-off) for select major hotels in the San Juan metro area. Guests opting for transportation must provide their hotel information (name & address) at least 48 hours prior to the activity. Failure to do so will result in meeting at the designated location. If a guest’s hotel is not listed or is staying at an Airbnb, we will arrange pick-up to the nearest hotel from our list. Guests will receive their hotel pick-up time on the day of the activity via text message (between 11 am and 1 pm). Guests missing their transportation must meet at the tour's location. Pick-up times typically range from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, subject to traffic and weather conditions. Pick-up locations may be subject to change for logistical reasons.

- This activity operates in all weather conditions except in cases of extreme weather events or public warnings, in which guests may opt for a refund or reschedule for the next available day.
- We reserve the right to modify the meeting time at the marina and/or the departure time. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour before departure at the marina due to unfavorable weather conditions.
- We reserve the right to change the pick-up location and schedule due to logistical reasons such as traffic, road closures, narrow streets, parking restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Participants must adhere to a casual dress code for outdoor activities, which prohibits bathing suits, cover-ups, or see-through/translucent clothing.
- Individuals heavily under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to the tour will be denied participation and may be charged.
- Smoking any type of cigars, cigarettes, medicinal cannabis, or nicotine vapes is prohibited on the RST Bus, at the San Juan Bay Marina, or while on the Sunset Boat. Guests found engaging in these practices will be denied participation for safety reasons and will still be charged.
- Children under 2 years old must remain in their parent's lap. Children aged 2 to 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Once the boat crew begins preparations to depart from the dock, boarding will not be permitted, and guests will be considered a no-show.
- No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for late cancellations, no-shows, tardiness, or failure to comply with requirements.
- We do not accept amendments less than 24 hours before the activity
- Updated depart time will now be at 6:10PM (edited 07/07/26)
- The boat is a pontoon boat and does not have a restroom onboard. There are restrooms available at the marina.

Fun Experience, the crew was very nice and friendly, they went around and made sure everyone was having a good time and handed out drinks. They sit the big groups first to make sure everyone can sit together.
It was a very nice ride! I would do it again! We learned about Puerto Rico in a wonderful setting. The "snacks" that were provided were very good. Instead of chips or crackers we had wrap sandwiches, felt more like a meal. Definitely check it out!
Great value for your money. They gave us snacks, drinks which included beer. Also, the guide was well informed about the history. All around great trip.
This was my 59th birthday and the sunset cruise was amazing. My husband and I had a great time. The Captain and all the staff were so friendly and very helpful. It was an excellent tour.
Really good value for your money. They gave us drinks (alcohol and non alcohol included) and small food entry. The tours guides were very knowledgeable. Would do it again. Sunset was spectacular by the way.
This was kind of a hole filler for our schedule. Seemed a little scattered. We ended up not having a great sunset so it was just some strangers on a boat. I liked that it included transportation and our group was fine but I dont know that I'd seek it out again.
I loved the tour! It was so fun and the views were breathtaking. I got so many pictures. The tour guides were so helpful. They took pictures of everyone and they also let everyone sit in the captain seat and drive. It was so nice. They also provide snacks and drinks. I definitely recommend. It’s a great couple or family excursion
5/5 experience. Our shuttle driver, Tony, was on time, kind, and very professional. The Old San Juan boat tour team: Angel, Miguel, & Fernando did a great job keeping everyone safe, provided great history on PR, and made sure everyone had a great time. The drinks were great. Good music, good energy. If this is your first time in PR, I would definitely recommend.
You will have an amazing time, learn a lot, see beautiful scenery and have lots of fun! Even our 4 year old enjoyed himself! Highly recommended!!
