We also provide a FREE video of your groups sea life , FREE shot of Rum for adults! We explore a protected free-range marine sanctuary where our sea life calls home. On our swim we will encounter wild sea life through out our area. Please note: We will be passively interacting with our ocean friends, which means NO petting, NO touching, NO feeding of the wildlife at anytime. All species may not be present on every tour. After the tour we will gift a taste of island rum to our guests as an end of day gift along with a Free Video capturing the wildlife of the day; note every guest may not be highlighted in the video Please be advised, this tour is subject to cancelation due to weather, check marine conditions and emails before departing to the event

They didn't show up. We arrived at the meeting point and found it empty. They didn't respond to a phone call or a text message. We ended up asking an employee of the nearby hotel and he indicated where they should be. They weren't there. He said they didn't come the day before either. They didn't respond until 2 hours had passed. Keep in mind this is a vacation and we planned both our day and our time in San Juan around this schedule. They claimed a broken pipe led the government to curtail activity in the area for the past two days. Understandable, but what's not understandable is why they didn't communicate 1) Via the Viator interface 2) Via text message 3) Via phone call or 4) Via email. They indicated "technical difficulty" but I find it hard to believe they had issues with ALL FOUR methods for 48 hours. So, if you like the possibility of being ghosted while on vacation and having to rearrange your plans last minute - please book here. If not, consider booking the other guys.
No one told us that our snorkeling trip was canceled. We wasted our time and money to drive an hour to the place and paid for parking and no one showed up. When I contacted the guides they insulated me and told me to go get wrecked and he was tired of me telling them that they should have contacted us. He told me I should contact the government because he was tired of explaining why they didn’t show up. I think we deserved more then just our refund back we should receive compensation for our time and all of our tolls, gas and parking fees. I honestly do not trust Viator anymore and after our trip in Puerto Rico I don’t think I will be using this app anymore

Your tour was fully refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse expenses such as gas, tolls, or parking, as those costs are outside of our company’s control and are not associated with your booking. We also take your comments regarding your interaction with our staff very seriously, as that is not the level of professionalism we strive to provide. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Fun snorkeling trip with turtles and manatees. It will require quite a bit of swimming, but totally worth the effort.

Was pretty awesome. Saw a couple turtles, lots of fish, starfish and urchins. Was for sure a work out. But worth it!

We were able to see many animals in there natural habitats. Kids even enjoyed it all and had ability to touch some of the starfish as well

Great experience snorkeling right in Condado! The guides are great about orienting everyone and making sure the group stays together. We saw lots of fish, turtles and manatees. They’re very respectful of the animals and provide a wonderful video. I’ve returned back to this tour because it’s excellent!

This tour is very misleading. You walk out from the beach to snorkel. You have to drink your shot directly from the same bottle as everyone else on the tour and no video was given. The ultimate insult was the rudeness of the tour operator. The guide was fine. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

First, you did not participate in the tour itself because you arrived after check in and missed the departure. Our experience is exactly as advertised. Guests enter the water from the beach, snorkel with sea turtles and manatees in their natural habitat, and are offered an optional complimentary rum shot afterward. There is nothing misleading about this description. As for the complimentary tour video, the download link and QR code are provided at the end of the experience and are also available through the booking platforms. Regarding the rum shot, no guest is ever required to participate. To help protect the marine environment and prevent plastic waste from entering the ocean, we ask guests to “waterfall” the shot rather than place their mouth on the bottle. We take customer service seriously and always strive to provide a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest.
