** IMPORTANT, for groups up to 6 travelers you will proceed to UMBRELLA #10 to meet your Chauffeur. However for larger groups of 7+ you will be meeting at UMBRELLAS #4 and #5. This is very important in order to find your chauffeur. 1. Meeting Point: After Going through Customs, Collecting your luggage, clearing the Agriculture Check and are outside of the airport please proceed STRAIGHT FORWARD to umbrella #10 in the arrivals area. You will also be provided full details. (Important NOTE): After clearing Agriculture Check Point, and before you make it out of the airport you will proceed through a set of glass doors. Within this corridor there will be TIMESHARE and other SALES PEOPLE. You are NOT obligated to stop unless you would like information regarding timeshares. 2. Identification: Our chauffeur will be waiting for you there. You will recognize him by the sign or Ipad he will be holding, which will have your name along with the Baja Sur VIP company information clearly displayed. This makes it easy for you to spot your designated driver.

They dropped me off at the wrong hotel. The contact number does not work / it is not a valid number. I tried to email thorough Viator no response . I had to pay a taxi to take me to correct property. Prior I sent address and hotel name.

On your original booking you provide no travel details other than your name. No flight information, travel times or resort information as required in order to complete aa service. Then when you responded you provided Resort name with only the first name “RIU” and there are 3 different “RIU RESORTS” ( I responded below trying to get the correct hotel) Hello.. There are 3 different RIU RESORTS in Cabo. Please provide which resort you are staying.. As stated above, this is a very unfortunate situation and If I were provided a copy of your itinerary I could have seen which resort you were actually staying at, however we must go by what our clients tell us and we assume they know where they are actually staying at.
Pablo saw me and my family sitting on the curb because another shuttle company cancelled on us because of the taxi protestors outside of our hotel. He offered to take us to the airport, free of charge, because he saw how worried we were about getting home safely. He was a great driver, very friendly and reminded me that there are still angels out there!
