We provide FREE hotel pick ups within town limits. If you are not sure, please book the regular rate and contact us with your hotel details. An ADDITIONAL FEE is CHARGED for hotel pickups that ARE NOT within town limits. Hotel pickup commences 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you do not need the service, our meet up point is at Tukans office on 29 Burns Avenue, San Ignacio, Beneath the Venus Hotel. Shared Shuttle info: San Ignacio to International airport/water taxi Shared Shuttle departure times 7am 10am 12pm 2pm Please note: These are flexible times. Early departures are possible as soon as all passengers have boarded. If a flight is delayed we may leave later than scheduled as we wait for the other passengers to arrive. IF YOU NEED TO TRAVEL AT A SPECIFIC TIME, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO BOOK THE PRIVATE SHUTTLE. Please note that you are allowed to 1 suitcase and 1 carry on per person. Driver was on time and courteous. He shared stories about growing up in Belize — fun! And he let us sleep.
Our driver was great! Engaging but not intrusive. He even stopped and treated us to some casava pudding made by a local friend. Great experience!!

Some might dislike the prospect of a long shuttle ride, but this was contrary to the case. The service, the experience, we can assure you, would be nonetheless pleasant. For the shuttle ride my family and I took, we had a 2 hour drive from the city of San Ignacio to Belize City’s ocean ferry terminal. We really didn’t have too high of expectations, shuttle arrived on time and we were blown away at how the ride was. It was comfortable, air conditioned, and the engine was quiet. This made for a great opportunity to think to yourself pleasant thoughts, use your personal devices, and maybe get some precious sleep that you might’ve missed trying to make sure you're ready for the drive. To add on to the comfortable ride, our driver, Sian, was also just as pleasant as the ride. He had a vast knowledge of not only Belize, but other interesting info. Whether it be a comfortable drive or a kind driver (like Sian) we can say that a ride like this one will nonetheless be a great one. If I were you, I’d choose this service above other taxi services because this could be the best service anyone could ask for.
