Scam!

Use another company! They do not give you what they advertise and argue with you if you ask for a partial refund. Horrible customer service, beware!

Operator response

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Dawn. We’re glad you joined us for a tour, and we’re sorry to hear that parts of the experience didn’t meet your expectations. To clarify a few points for future guests: during this season we occasionally adjust start times to ensure the ride can be completed safely before dark. Our private tours typically run 3–4 hours, depending on pace, photo stops, and conditions on the day. On your tour, the route was completed within that expected timeframe. Regarding itinerary requests, our private tours follow preset routes for safety and permit considerations, so we aren’t always able to modify them significantly at check-in. Additionally, our shop closing time limits bike use after the tour. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve communication and planning. While we’re unable to offer a refund, we value your experience with us and have reached out directly with a goodwill gesture. Thank you again for your review and for riding with us.

Exactly as described

Our guide was very informative and the e-bikes made the trip both easy and enjoyable. We toured a variety of San Fran neighborhoods, stopping to talk about each. We also stopped at a food truck gathering for lunch--very good! The only downside is that some of the commentary took place while we were riding and only those closest to the guide could hear. Wireless headsets would add greatly.

Operator response

Thank you for your great feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the tour and the e-bikes made your trip easier and more enjoyable. We appreciate your suggestion about wireless headsets and will definitely consider it for future tours. Hope to see you again on your next San Francisco adventure!
