Great company to deal with. Welcomed initially by the lovely Cara -Rose, who helped us decide on where was best to go. The bikes were fantastic and we had a fabulous morning cycling to the Golden Gate Bridge and onwards to see a few other attractions. Highly recommend, staff were friendly and eager to help.
The ride from Beach street to Sausalito was so fun with a few stops on the way. The e-bikes were in great condition and rode really well. We had a 12, 13, and 15 year old with us. Everyone had a blast and the pre-arranged ferry from Sausalito back to SF was great as well. I highly recommend this experience.

This was our first time on e-bikes and we are SOLD! It was incredibly swift and easy to pick up the bikes, they easily carried us over 20 miles, took the hills as fast as we wanted, and the locks provided were perfect for a couple touristy pit stops. Riding our bike over the Golden Gate bridge is definitely high of my list of things I've done in my life! If I had to do it over again, I might have rented for the entire day and spent more time around Sausalito and the Presidio.

The bikes were great. The service and staff were exceptionally well-organized, super professional, the information was clear, and everyone was super friendly. Lovely experience! Strongly recommend reserving bikes and signing the release forms online in advance; makes getting the bikes and getting out on your ride that much faster. We rented the “Off Road” version of the electric bikes with the super fat tires because we wanted to have the option of riding up into the Marin Headlands after crossing the bridge and touring around Sausolito. As it turned out we barely used the full battery range because we were in “Eco” mode most of the time (when we returned the bikes with about 80% battery left). If we were to do it again we’d rent the regular electric bikes and just ride in eco mode the whole time — only using the higher power to get up the really steep inclines. The off road bikes were quite heavy and a bit unwieldy compared to the regular electric bikes.
Agreed! The Trail Electric Bike is great for the Marin Headlands, but most people would probably be just fine on one of our standard electric bikes. Thanks for all the great pointers, like reminding folks to sign the waivers before they arrive!

Had such an amazing experience renting bikes here! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. The bikes were clean, comfortable, and in great condition, which made riding around San Francisco so much fun. They gave us great recommendations on scenic routes and places to stop along the way. Exploring the city and riding by the water was honestly one of the highlights of the trip. I would definitely rent from here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting SF!
