- During our tour we will be doing a lot of walking, climbing steps and stairs as well as walking on uneven ground. Comfortable walking shoes are very important. Weather appropriate attire is recommended. We would also encourage you to bring some water to stay hydrated.
- The material discussed during the tour includes stories of murders, suicides and unusual deaths. This might be frightening for some children, so please gauge your child's tolerance of such subjects and plan accordingly.
- Digital and standard photographic cameras are encouraged, as you may capture one of our ghosts. Tour-goers get orbs almost every night. If you do happen to capture anything exciting we would love for you to share it with us.

Robert was the ultimate tour guide. He was so funny that we forgot this was a ghost tour at times. Learned a lot about the history of San Antonio and some of the gory and spooky past at several hotels and buildings. 5 stars all the way. Thanks Jack Black, l mean Robert!

Our ghost guide was engaging and knowledgeable with a knack for storytelling. No ghosts, but we took pictures that might show some... you never know! A very fun outing.
We were looking for a tour with someone very knowledgeable about the city and after readings reviews for this tour, we had to check it out! We got Robert and he was great! Sense of humor, knowledgeable, passionate, friendly, an overall great guide!!! Keep your nose up for those life like cigarette smells! lol Thank you for your time and dedication Robert, A+++++!!!
Some ghost tours are so over-the-top with their stories of hauntings that they’re simply not believable. Not this one. All the instances of hauntings and apparitions tour guide Logan described were so credible that I could see them happening. Definitely worth checking out to get some history and some creepy tales.
First and foremost, our tour guide, Kaylie, was pleasant, fun, and knowledgeable regarding certain landmarks along the tour. One of the reasons I was interested in this tour was not just checking out more of the city, but learning about some of its darker times in history, and it was worth the price and the walk through the city at night. This tour was the last sightseeing thing we did before attending Spacecon that weekend, and I'd say we ended on a high note. Check it out if you're not afraid of the dark!

The guide was very kind and she has a good knowledge about the city, buildings and share with us. It is a good tour for night walking and relaxing.
This was our second tour in San Antonio and by far better than the first one we had been on. I like the fact that the tour guides are certified paranormalist. She had checked out many of the places herself and knew first hand of the spirits in each of the locations.
