You will be picked up from fixed point / hotel leave for sightseeing. Bateshwar (2 hours) - The village of Bateshwar is situated at a distance of 60 miles from Agra. The drive to Bateshwar takes around an hour and a half. Bateshwar is known for its 101 temples dedicated to the Hindu God Shiva. Upon arrival in Bateshwar take a tour of the pearly white temples lined along the ghats (riverside steps) of the River Yamuna. visit the terrace of The Kunj at Bateshwar overlooking the ghats and temples. Holipura (2 hours) - The neighbouring village of Holipura is home to the Chaturvedi clan. Many of the clan rose to positions of great prominence and built havelis (grand mansions) to announce their arrival. Built over a period of time from Mughal to Colonial and adapted to a rural scenario, the havelis have a unique architectural blend and are a beautiful synthesis of a myriad of traditions. Once your tour will be finished you will be driven back to fixed point / your hotel.
