Ann was a terrific guide. She was very knowledgeable about the history and people of Salt Lake City. We had an added treat as we stopped at a deli for some delicious samples. The only glitch in the entire tour were the Google directions for the meeting site.
Enjoyed learning about the history of Utah/Salt Lake City. Would recommend.
Ann was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions! Highly recommend this tour.
David was a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. It was a great walk that gave a good overview of Salt Lake City
We had a great time with our tour guide Ashley. She has been living in the city for about 5 years and I was impressed with the amount of knowledge she had of the city and all the great little facts. The tour was very easy from a walking perspective and there were plenty of breaks and chances to hit the bathroom. It was an interesting mixture of history, current day to day in the city and of course Temple Square. I didn't know what a tour would be like of the city but this delivered some great times. The stops as a coffee shop and Caputo's were nice touches. I would recommend someone who wants to learn a bit about the history of the city at a high level this tour is a great bang for your buck.
Jack was an awesome guide. It was clear he was passionate and knowledgeable about SLC. He answered every question I threw at him. He might be the best guide I've ever had.
Wonderful way to spend a few hours in Salt Lake City. Our guide shared historical and cultural information in an easy, relaxed way. We even had a mini food tasting of charcuterie and cheese at a lovely market that I’m happy we didn’t miss.
Even with the rain coming down, this walking tour turned out to be one of the highlights of our Salt Lake City trip. Our guide, David, kept the energy high, adjusted the pace, alter the route so we stayed comfortable, and made sure we didn’t miss any of the key sights. The stories, history, and small local details brought the city to life in a way the weather couldn’t dampen. I appreciated the thoughtful stops under sheltered spots, which made the experience surprisingly cozy. If anything, the rain added a bit of charm and atmosphere. Highly recommend — rain or shine.
Not much really to see. We walked for 2 and 1/2 hours. Mostly buildings. No stories. Minimal history. Knew answers to some questions. Just not dynamic, basic info only.
David was an amazing guide! So much information and knowledge of the local area and Utah.
