Horrible experience never got to see the church.
We’re sorry to read this comment, as it doesn’t reflect what actually happened. The tour booked is clearly described as an exterior visit in the title, images, and full description, as well as in the confirmation messages sent both by email and WhatsApp. On the day of the tour, we waited at the meeting point and also reached out via WhatsApp when the guests did not arrive. They informed us they had an unexpected issue and were unable to attend. We kindly offered to wait or to reschedule the tour for another time, but did not receive a further response. We always do our best to accommodate our guests and ensure a great experience, and we remain available to reschedule whenever possible.
We had an awesome experience listening to the history of the Segrada Familla. It was so interesting and a beautiful experience.

I was disappointed it didn’t include the interior, a detail not clear enough when booking. Otherwise, the tour guide was excellent and knowledgeable. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t even rate it.

We had a fabulous tour with Nuria at Sagrada Familia. She is so knowledgeable about the area having grown up there. There is so much symbolism on the exterior and she was able to explain it all. So fascinating and we enjoyed it all. I highly recommend her as a guide and we will use her again for sure!!

Nuria is a real nice guide. She’s very patient and has a lot to explain about the original building, architecture and its façades. Definitely a recommendation. I spent an hour with her and my teenage kids and my eight year-old were even in focus, if you know what I mean, parents!
