The Sagrada Familia is absolutely worth the visit. It is a short guided tour but you can spend time on your own. The towers were not accessible at the time of our visit. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgable. .

We had a private tour with Roger as our guide. Roger was fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job including our teens in conversations. Sagrada Família was absolutely stunning in the evening light. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience of this beautiful basilica.
We booked the private tour and it was well worth it. This area was very crowded. Once we met our guide, we had skip-the-line benefit and we were able to enter with our guide at the scheduled time. Our guide, Daria, was very knowledgeable about the church, it's history, and most importantly, the meaning behind every piece of architecture. Definitely schedule the tour with a personal guide. Even though the price seems high, you won't regret it; especially if you're visiting during high season. Also, book well in advance to get your desired date and time. The schedule fills quickly.
