We did the combination tour starting at park Guell, when done with the first part, there wax’s NO TRANSPORTATION to the church tour. Walking was only way without getting a taxi for more money . Then at church tour had to check in AGAIN . There was much confusion as to our reservations and they were very confused, aviator seems to be an afterthought with local tour group who actually does the work. Be careful and be early,,,,,
This was an easy+ walking tour. Olders and youngers will likely enjoy. Our guide was very caring and knowledgeable.
I turned up on the day at the starting point and we were told that the activity did not exist and as such was not happening. I have now had an email say I will not be refunded. Do not use Viator as it is a total scam! After waking up early and travelling for an hour, it was very disappointing and frustrating to be told nothing was going to happen.
Do not book this tour at all. I suggest you book another tour. You cannot access the meeting point by taxi. You have to climb multiple steep stairs and inclines and descend down steep flights of stairs. I have done walking tours all week Spain with viator and this meeting location was unobtainable. We left 45 minutes to get there after the cab left us at the point they could not enter the neighborhood. We did not make the tour. Other tour companies met right at the park. Not this one. DO NOT BOOK. We now have missed our chance to see this park. So disappointed with Viator choosing this vendor. We called Viator for help even before the tour left. No help. The guy at viator asked if I was on a walker. No. I wish I could add the pictures here I cannot tell you how disappointed we are in Viator. Get another vendor or put an accurate description in the instructions about the fact a can cannot drop you at the meeting point period and you must walk steep slopes and stairs. These stairs were worse than Santorini. I can handle Santorini. Do not book it was our dream to visit this park. This was our only chance. Our last day here in Barcelona If I could give negative stars I would
Oliver was wonderful guiding us through the Sagarada Familia!
Total immersion in the art of Gaudi. I recommend very comfortable shoes. It is a long but very curious and pleasant path.
This was a great tour and great tour guide. The guide was very knowledgeable, fun and engaging.
Our tour guide, Delia, was funny and prepared, she offered details and explanations as well as tips for better photographs
Way more walking than I expected; including a lot of steps. The tower option was not worth the extra time or cost. The Parc was all about the history and I feel like we missed all the interesting tile/ mosaics.
Nice experience, but the best part was Omar our guide! What a great guide, with a great attitude and very knowledgeable!!!
