- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes in advance, as tickets have a strict time slot and late arrivals may not be admitted.
- Please advise: there are around 400 stairs to go up to the tower, persons with reduced mobility can not access the tower
- Please note that to go up to the towers you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs
- The access to the tower subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
- Children under 6 years old are not allowed to access the Towers even accompanied by an adult. Please note children under 6 will remain downstairs with an adult
- Please note the towers may remain closed due to rain or wind
- The monument decides which Tower is open for tourists groups and which one remains closed and this may change depending on the day
- Please note that the Sagrada Familia Regulations state that children under the age of 11 years old will not get a receiver to listen to the guide. Amigo Tours manages the entry of each of our customers and this measure does not have to do with us.
- Keep in mind that there are queues to access Sagrada Familia due to security checks
- Kindly note that the ID of children under 1 years old may be required

The guide was very engaging. However the tour was later than scheduled due to the guides not showing up until the time the tour was to start. This left the group initially guessing about whether they were at the proper meeting place.
Sagrada Familia is incredible. I tried to get information about a transfer to the location, but never got a response. They did respond to other questions and provided helpful reminders.

Pictures do not do this place justice. The scale and detail is amazing. Glad to have taken the tour instead of just walking through on our own. Martha was great!

Our tour guide was very good, her name is, Marta, but our experience let us down as amigo tours cancelled our tower tickets for the Tower access. We had really high hopes from the tour, this ruined the entire experience as we couldn’t experience that and the new tickets had a waiting time for 4 hours at the Sargada Famillia. We were on our honeymoon and were looking forward to this tour, it really put us down! Will never book this tour or any more tours from Amigo because is unreliable; they have also cancelled our Tour for Monsterrat at the last minute. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Pedro was an incredible Guide. Taught us so much about the details of the Sagrada Familia and we had an incredible time.
