Amazingly Beautiful!!

One of the BEST sites to tour in Barcelona!! Our family very much enjoyed our tour of La Sagrada Família and learning more about Gaudi! The beauty is overwhelming and the Details… just WOW! Roger, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and his timing was great. The tower access was an experience!! Elevator up… a lot of steps down!!

Love Sagrada not happy with Amigo or Viator.

While we booked a guided tour with tower access a few months ago, a couple weeks ago Amigo Tours emailed and said it was no longer available and opened a time of 1:30 pm for just the tour. Our group of 10 was disappointed but we changed to the 1:30 tour in hope we could maybe still do the tower tour when we got there. When we arrived Louis our tour guide was very nice but seemed like he was rushing through the tour. Half way through the tour we found out that we had to leave the Sagrada because they were closing for another event. We were maybe there for one hour total! This was not what we paid for. We couldn’t even go into the gift shop. I feel Amigo knew about this and should have been upfront with us as we would have chosen to do something else and not this tour. I also still have not received my credit for the tower access that I paid for 10 people.

Meeting point didn’t have enough details!

The tour guide was nice enough but it started off stressful. The Meetup point was not clear enough. We got dropped off at the Sagrada Família and didn’t realize the meetup point was several blocks away. We were just given an address and we assumed it was right next to the cathedral but it wasn’t, and that was not made clear. The confusion happened to several of us in the group Making some people late. It would have been very helpful to let us know that the meetup point was several blocks away in front of Santander bank, and it would have also been helpful to know the cross streets. I understand if groups are not allowed to congregate outside of the cathedral, but in this extreme heat, meeting a block or a block and a half away would have been more than enough. We had to walk 10 minutes from where we got dropped off by the cathedral and then had to walk all the way back to the cathedral, so we were all hot and tired before the tour began. Please make meeting point more clear, and instead of just providing a street #, please provide cross streets and context clues like name of business we will meet near!! Most people who sign up for this tour are not locals

Meetup point needs more description

Meeting choice was a very strange place. It was several blocks away and not enough description. It would’ve been helpful to say “meet this address In front of Santander bank next to cafe” and give the cross streets and make it very clear that meeting point is several blocks away. We were not the only people to get dropped off at the La Segrqda Familia square and then have to walk further away in the extreme heat to find the group. We were tired before it began, and some people had to meet us at the main square because they could not find the meeting point. Many of us who sign up for these tours are very new to the city and would have appreciated knowing that the meetup point was a few blocks away from the cathedral.
