Itinerary

45 min

Continue the day with a walking tour of the medieval Old Town of Barcelona. Enjoy a stroll in the Gothic Quarter, where the history of Barcelona began. Learn about Catalan traditions and Barcelona’s origins, while exploring enchanting corners, picturesque plazas and the narrow alleys of the Gothic quarter. Walk in a maze of winding streets dating back to roman times, live the passing of times through medieval and gothic architecture, have a look to the transformation of a city from its oldest times to a modern and vibrant lifestyle.

Pass by

Continue your visit of the city heading to Barcelona’s waterfront, passing by well renowned citysights, such as the must-visit Las Ramblas, probably the most famous avenue of the city, home to many bars, restaurants and shops.

Pass by

Along the way in the Ramblas, you may pass by the most known covered market of the city, La Boquería. Have a look to the main entrance and feel the hustling and bustling of the market from the minivan.

Pass by

Pass by the Barceloneta, once the home of fishermen, people associated with the fishing trade and the metal industry, and nowadays one of the city's most visited and popular districts. The neighbourhood, with its narrow, rectilinear streets, was built on a military grid structure to provide accommodation for the former inhabitants of La Ribera who had lost their homes due to the construction of the Citadel Park.

10 min

As you explore Barcelona's Gothic Quarter you'll come across one of the city's best-kept secrets. Inside a small medieval courtyard, the four columns from the Temple of Augustus have survived despite the passing of the centuries. They are more than 2,000 years old, like Barcelona itself.

Admission not included20 min

Pass by the Barcelona Cathedral and discover its façade and the combination of Romanesque, Gothic and neo-Gothic styles due to the fact that it was built over six centuries. Funded by donations from the medieval brotherhoods and guilds, the building work in Santa Creu commenced in 1298 and was completed around 1890, following the original plans, in the neo-Gothic style.

10 min

The romantic, slightly faded Plaça Sant Felip Neri is an unmissable corner of the Gothic Quarter. Presided over by the baroque church from which it takes its name, the square features a number of historic elements that make it particularly attractive.

45 min

Start this tour on the Montjuïc Mountain and enjoy splendid panoramic views of the city. The mountain was a strategy to defend the city against attacks. Now it is home to the famous Miró foundation and the Caixa Forúm. These and other buildings on Montjuïc, perfectly illustrate examples of modern art and contemporary architecture. Get the chance to see examples of town planning and architecture especially designed for the 1929 International Exhibition.

Pass by

Along the way, pass through Passeig de Gràcia, with its typical Catalan architecture. The avenue is home to the most remarkable façades of modernist buildings, including Gaudi’s La Pedrera, Casa Batlló and Domènech’s Casa Lleó - Morera or Casa Ametller.

Pass by

Marvel at the beautiful façade of Casa Batlló, with its vibrant colors, and details that make it one of Gaudí's most iconic works.

Pass by

Take in the unique, wave-like façade of Casa Milà, or La Pedrera, a true Gaudí masterpiece that stands out with its bold design.

Admission not included60 min

The life project of a genius or a fool, with no doubts the Sagrada Familia will leave a lifelong impression. Experience a moment full of emotion, admiring Gaudi's masterpiece, considered as the most emblematic landmark of Barcelona. There are no words to describe the feeling one gets when entering this magnificent temple of Modernism. The organic shapes found throughout its structure, the light filtering through its stained glass windows and the symbolic nature of the building’s sculpted façade will certainly be the highlight of your tour.

Incredible tour with Gasper in Spain!

Ooooh Spain with Gasper! Sagrada Família hits different with a good guide I promise 🤞🏼🥹 I did a Sagrada Família tour with Gasper and it was the highlight of my trip! I got so much more than expected and met such lovely people from all over the world. Gasper was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and so intuitive with the group. He made sure we felt taken care of the whole time. Loved the stories he shared and seeing Sagrada Família through his eyes was unforgettable. He made the whole experience feel personal and special. Highlight of the tour? Definitely standing inside Sagrada Família after having listened to Gasper explain Gaudí’s vision. I’ll never look at it the same way again 😍 Would I recommend? 100% yes! If you’re going to Spain, ask for Gasper. You won’t regret it.
