The Super Sacred Valley tour is the perfect prelude to visit Machu Picchu so we recommend taking the train to Aguas Calientes in the afternoon. Door-to-door service included: We pick you up directly at the door of your hotel and drop you off at the same location at the end of the tour. Important: This service is only available for accommodations located in Cusco’s Historic Center. In case of traffic or external conditions that prevent access, a nearby meeting point will be arranged in advance.

Chinchero: thanks to studies carried out in the sixties, it has been discovered that some walls belong to an Inca palace, covered with earth by the Spaniards, we will also find an exhibition center of textiles and South American camelids.
Moray, a mysterious Inca archaeological center composed of amphitheater-shaped terraces that served as an agricultural laboratory for the ancient Tahuantinsuyo.
Maras, there we will find the salt mines, impressive salt wells that have more than 5,000 wells and have been exploited since the Inca period.
Urubamba where we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch
Ollantaytambo, uninterruptedly inhabited since Inca times, and climb the iconic fortress, built into the side of the mountain. Optional: If you have the train from Ollantaytambo to Machu Picchu, we can drop you off near the train station afterwards, in this case you will not be able to do the tour to Pisac.
Pisac, you can explore the town, where we will also find a handicraft market. Then, we will go to the archaeological center of the same city, a masterpiece of agriculture of the Inca Empire.

We did the Sacred Valley with Maras and Moray and it was one of the tours that most connected us to Inca history. Moray’s circular platforms are fascinating and the Maras saline plants are visually impressive and culturally rich. The guide explained very well the agricultural and historical function of these sites and the transportation between points was comfortable. Ideal for those who want to understand the Inca agricultural engineering in a well spent day.

Erick and Walter were great. This tour was the perfect way to make our way to Ollantaytambo. We did not do the last stop of our tour, instead we caught a train to Águas Calientes.
