Great experience, loved all the baths, especially the Turkish bath. The food was delicious and the staff were so wonderful and friendly. The view from the bistro and the rooftop pool was lovely.
Having booked deal with Bistro lunch, we were very disappointed to find Bistro reserved for private events. While staff offered cancellation we still wanted to experience Baths which we enjoyed. We were also offered snacks at Spa counter but this was nothing like the 3 course Bistro lunch paid for. Baths lovely, staff friendly- but disappointed about experience.
Lunch at the Bistro was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the thermal bath after lunch. Definitely recommend!
November 03, 2025 we stayed for a whole day .. advice to equip yourself with towel ciabatte.essendo was a Monday there were few people, I think it is to be avoided at the weekend
Very relaxing, be sure to bring towel, water shoes/flip flops. We took pictures first then put the phone in the locker. Sun glasses are nice for out on the deck.
Thank you very much for your nice comment! We are happy that you had a great time with us. See you next time!
The wellness baths are a unique, relaxing and fun experience, blending the old and new of thermal bathing. A slightly disorganised check in & ticket collection. Pay the little extra for access to the different zones. Allow more than 3hours if planning activities either side. Remember you flip flops, towel and swim hat/cap only needed if you want to lane swim in standard swimming pool (or pay 2000HUF on day) Brave the Ice challenges and enjoy!
The bistro part was nice. The food was great and the waiter very professional. The spa we didn't enjoy. It was too crowded, for example to get into the rooftop pool you would literally trip over other people's slippers and then no place to sit in there. The opposite of what is shown in the photo. The changing rooms were also crowded at the end and someone stole my towel. Not a relaxing experience. Only give 3 stars because of the food
Price not fair at all. The food is poorly prepare, the logistic is extremely confuse, the amount of people makes impossible to enjoy the view…. Don’t waist your money here
Dear Customer, Although many of our customers like our -gastro-wellness experience, .we are really sorry, that we have not meet your expextation this time. I hope next time you will have much better experience, and we can make up to you.
We arrived around 12.30 pm at the bistro and were asked if we preferred to eat before or after visiting the spa, we decided after although the time was flexible come back to eat. We were then provided with wristbands which scanned you into the spa and which you could use to lock any of the lockers in the changing room. You can use any of the pools in the wellness part, there are plenty of indoor ones but we went straight to the NMG-5QXL-82PO-7N7S where there are sunbeds, a bar and pool. We stayed until approximately 4 pm got changed back to our clothes and headed to the restaurant. The food was lovely, 3 courses, choice of each given. You get a glass of lemonade and a glass of wine. Overall a great experience. Take your own towel and flip flops or the like and if you prefer to eat whilst still enjoying the spa, a light dressing gown or beach cover type thing to wear in the restaurant. If you arrive without a towel and whatnot you might get caught out and have to pay to buy or hire. I look at it as going to the swimming baths here, you would turn up with what you need, dont expect things to be provided. The drinks prices at the pool bar were very reasonable and card only accepted
The restaurant was reserved for a private party and initially the manager was abrupt. He did accommodate us, the food was great-- looked a bit bland, but was NOT! We did have the tour in reverse order due to the restaurant issue, but myself and daughter tried ALL the areas available in the bathouse which was a fantastic experience. Taxi service challenging on weekend. Fav spot for locals.
