Pickup Locations & Times

Pick up instructions: From Airport: "Terminal 1 – Domestic Flights (Southwest, Spirit, Frontier, etc.): Exit through Door 2, cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage, go up to Level 2 (Uber/Lyft zone). The driver will wait there or will contact you to confirm the exact location. Terminal 3 – Domestic Flights (JetBlue, Alaska, Hawaiian, etc.): Take the elevator to Level 1, exit through Door 48, cross the bridge to the parking garage and go down to Level V (Uber/Lyft zone). Once there, contact the driver. Terminal 3 – International Flights: Go up to Level 1, exit through Door 51, cross the bridge to the parking garage and go down to Level V (Uber/Lyft zone). Then contact the driver." To Airport: "The driver will meet you in the hotel lobby. Please make sure you are available 15 minutes before the scheduled time."

Our wonderful trip to Vegas

We really, enjoyed ourselves in-spite of the government shut down. from beginning to end. the driver diago keep us entertaned with stories about Old Vegas.

I booked the round trip...

I booked the round trip transportation. Incoming flight to Las Vegas I received a text from the driver at 8:08 pm letting me know his name. I text back immediately and said “just landed”. After going through the airport and reaching the arrival spot 20 minutes later and the driver was not there. At 8:51 the driver text and said 15 minutes. At 9:18 I text “are you coming? The driver text yes. Having issues but on the way. The driver arrived at 9:25. I did not complain because I understand that things happen and I was just excited to be in Las Vegas. We had a great conversation and I arrived at my destination safely. Outgoing flight back to the airport..the driver text the day before to give me name and confirm details. We agreed upon a 2am pickup time. At 1:38am, I text the driver that I was ready. I didn’t get a response but thought nothing of it. When the driver wasn’t there at 2:15 I received a text from him. He said that he had overslept and that I should find another ride. Luckily I was really early but I did not appreciate this. My time or money was not valued as I had prepaid through Viator. I went through this service to avoid Uber and the surcharges and ended up paying again.

Impossible to confirm...

Impossible to confirm return pickup after arrival in Las Vega. When called assistance number was told we only booked for one way. Then driver texted he was on his way Fortunately this was just before we were about to get a taxi. Neither driver spoke English and we do not speak Chinese. Will not use service again.

Understanding

My flight was delayed a little and the driver was very understanding, he also was friendly and knowledgeable of the area, which he gave me tips on what places to not dine at.
