8h bus, tour disappointing very unfriendly
👍 1A Leadership and Organization
3,5hrs bus ride from Malaga for 100km! Limited English skills (local guide) Lots of information regarding bull fighting (and praising of bull fighting. No historical information (except bull fighting…..)
Dear Michaela_S I regret to learn that you were not satisfied with the Ronda tour, Regarding the commentary, Ronda is a historical landmark for bullfight; nevertheless, we will take them into Account as we strive extremelly value our customers’ feedback. Sincerely,
The visit to Ronda City was a great experience with good guides. Shame it was destroyed by a long bus ride in an old, crowded and worn bus.
Dear Ole Johan R, Thank you for sharing your feedback, I am glad to learn that you enjoyed the Ronda tour, except for the bus ride, I would like to inform you that all agencies are advised about the duration of the ride, which might vary as we offer several pickup locations. Sincerely,
I had booked in advance, everything was confirmed. When the bus arrived, the guide simply threw, with contempt, “children” — then pretended that we were not on her list... and she left, as if we did not exist. No help, no solution, no compassion. This is the absolute zero in Customer Service. We've been left there like nothing. A CHAOTIC, arrogant and inhuman organization. If you care about your trip, ESCAPE this company. 👎🔥 And what they don’t know... I’m a travel consultant. I see companies every day, and this one is one of the worst I’ve seen. Believe me, I will make sure that no one experiences such humiliation.
The tour guide Alicia was totally unfriendly when it came to the German language. She spoke only Spanish and English the whole trip. We approached her about it and she said to us, then you're out of luck. Since we didn't understand them, the whole trip was for nothing. The tour guide is simply doing the wrong job. At least we could have been told beforehand.
Dear geraldhQ2394TR, I am truly sorry to hear about your experience during the tour and the difficulties you encountered with the language support. All our guides are officially accredited and undergo regular evaluations, including language proficiency checks. We regret that, in this case, the service did not meet your expectations — especially regarding communication in German. Nevertheless, due to an unexpected issue with the guide assigned to this tour, he had to be replaced at the last minute. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. Best regards,
Well organized, clean tour bus, wonderful driver (Antonio). Tour guide while on the bus very informative. Your guide at Ronda (Inma) hard to follow along.
The visite was really fun, but they were too many stops to do to get everybody. We passed most of the journey in the bus instead of in Ronda. However, the village was really cute and fun to visit.
the only negative point is the pick up of the world. It's too long, the driver picks up people at each hotel on the Costa del Sol!!!! too long!!! But the rest was ok.
Dear Claude_O, Thank you for taking the time to share this review, I regret to learn that the tour didn’t live up to your expectations. Regarding your comments on the multiple stops on the way back, I must point out that it is specified to all agencies and official selling spots that the number of drop-off points may vary depending on the number of passengers. For this reason, the duration of the trip might also vary. Best regards,
Very nice place very good guide The only downside is the time spent on the bus 3 hours outbound and 3 hours return (time to pick people up at different hotels plus travel) which deprives time on the spot But despite this very good time
