A perfect 10 for the experience! Both Ricard and Carlos, along with all the other staff, are exceptional and true professionals. They made the hot air balloon flight extraordinary, with incredible views, and we felt safe at all times. The explanations provided by Carlos were very helpful in understanding the operation and world of balloons. Additionally, he taught us how to interpret the landscape and territory. The baptism and final snack were a highly recommended extra. We will repeat this experience!

A wonderful flight!! The early wake-up was worth it; the experience is very good as it allows you to participate from the beginning. It is super safe; I was a bit scared, and it was a very smooth flight, so you felt safe and calm. The views from the air are wonderful, so I highly recommend it!

Knowledgeable and experienced staff that get you in the air (quickly!) for the most amazing, breathtaking views. Great fun to provide a helping hand preparing for take off and clean-up. Staff takes great photo(s) with a jovial attitude and plenty of laughs. Hands down the most amazing experience!
