Rockstar Pool Party Crawl w/ VIP Entry & Party Bus Ride

What really stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by James and our server, Sandra. We experienced a small issue during our visit, but they handled it professionally and turned the situation around completely. Their attention to detail, genuine care, and commitment to making sure we had a great experience were truly impressive. Customer recovery is what separates good businesses from great ones, and James and Sandra exceeded all expectations. Instead of focusing on the problem, they focused on finding a solution and ensuring we left happy. Their positive attitude and outstanding hospitality made a lasting impression. Whether the activity is perfect; but regrettable the guide is rude, made comments of discrimination for not speaking English, provoking the mockery of all those on the tour, obviously we got upset and let him know and threatened not to let us into the other pool party. Name of the guide is Luis originally from Guatemala.

This was a great experience. If you by yourself, the people on the bus will include you in and you will have extra fun. This was a party full of random people who all wanted to have fun.

Tina was absolutely incredible!! She was so SO much fun and we had an amazing time! Only thing I can say was daylight beach club security is a bit rude, but the party bus & encore beach club was absolutely fantastic! I had a great time! 10/10 & would absolutely recommend!

Tina is AMAZING and is the only person I book with when doing a pool party crawl. Her energy is contagious and you will definitely have a great time. If you are wanting to party like a Rockstar, Tina will get you there. See u next year girl❤️🤙🏾🤘🏾

No rate from here me and my group didn't attend the pool party. Horrible idea always read everything and ask questions. It was a bust. You can't sit anywhere unless you spend $500 dollars or more to reserve a area in all if you don't you will just stand until you all get ready to leave. My advice is not to do it until you find out all the information on the party. Not only my group was upset about the change but other people that was in the party group was upset as well. DON'T DO IT. A

They give only Fireball and Tequila and feed it to you like Candy.....I would suggest Beer as an alternative and to have more dancing activities than binge drinking

This was awesome! I highly recommend only if you’re looking for a fun time!! Tina was an awesome host on our bus to the second pool and literally turned the bus into a full blown party bus!!! Seriously, a fun ass time and you get multiple drinks and shots without asking for them. They were literally handed out every 4-7 minutes like “ready or not here the drinks come”. Totally a kick ass time. Honestly if they offered a multi hour party bus ride option I would book it because it was a blast just riding on the bus!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

The host was probably the best part of the trip, she was amazing but the bad part was that the first place we went to didn’t let us in the pool, we had to wait 25mins in the bus to wait for the other pool we could actually go to, we waited in line for some time, only to go in and the pool was closed and the other one was so full that you couldn’t even get in, there was no shade and it was almost 100 degrees outside. We had only 45mins to be in there and it definitely wasn’t enough time. The last pool area was definitely much better. Also, we never did a tour, they only took us from one pool to the other.
