Our tour starts at the entrance to Favela da Rocinha we will introduce the community and then we will go to the top of the community. Upon reaching the top, we will descend making stops to discover the local attractions and the local community. The tour in Favela da Rocinha will pass by the main viewpoints of the community such as the “Mirante Portão do Céu”, which has a beautiful view of the Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon, we will cross some alleys and visit the arts and culture houses of local artists.

This service allows the customer to be collected from their hotel before each tour. Great tour but poor organization. The tour was cancelled the night before. Then we rebooked another the next morning. They said 9am pickup. Driver note later said 8am, then showed up at 830am saying that was the correct time. The initial agent said no tour was available, but there were a few choices.
Leo is a great guide. We had a great experience in the Favela. A well worth experience. Highly recommend guide and tour.
