Roatan Reef snorkeling and tour.

I met J.J. about 10 years ago and have been using him every year since. Whether it's airport pick, mangrove tours, ride to the brewery, water taxi to West End. He has become like a brother to me. His son Janssen might even make a aurprise appearance and take over the tour. He is awesome.

Jairon was wonderful! We toured with him in 2021 and were so impressed that we contacted him before our cruise last week to ask him to be our guide again. Despite some very gray weather and a bit of rain, he helped us to have a wonderful time. The snorkeling boat captain was very thorough. It was wonderful to be able to walk past the crowd at the port in order to meet someone we trusted, and who knew the area. He took us to the busiest places before the cruise expeditions got there. We will definitely contact him again if we return to Roatan. We hope that will happen soon!

We had an amazing private tour with Roatan Tours 4U at a great price, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The tour was completely customizable, which made it perfect for our group. Jairon was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the island. He arranged a private snorkeling tour with a local, and it was exceptional. We explored beautiful snorkeling spots and truly felt like we were getting an authentic Roatán experience. He also took us to Mayan Eden, where we got to see, pet, and even feed monkeys and sloths. Entry to the eco park was only $20, and we received a private tour there as well, which made it even more special. Jairon took us all over the island, including West Bay and West End, and recommended a local restaurant called Angela’s—the food was delicious! Even though it was raining, he kept us entertained the entire time. He stopped for street food, local coffee, and even took us to the chocolate factory. Everything we tried was great and incredibly flavorful. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience, and we would absolutely book with Roatan Tours 4U again. We met Jai about halfway through our Roatán visit. Great guy… super likeable, and really knowledgeable about the Island. We did the Mangoves tour with Jai and went horseback riding… he made the travel time very entertaining. He never rushed us at all… very easy going. He even got us and friends to the airport on time and safely. Jai’s snorkelling tips got me the best 25 minutes of Sea Turtle time ever!! We’ll be looking for Jai when we go back.

We spent a week in Roatán and were lucky enough to meet Jairon and his family on a water taxi the first night. Jairon shared his contact info and was easy to communicate with for the duration of our vacation. We utilized him for taxi services and water taxi services but the highlight of our time was during our 8 hour guided tour of the entire island where he introduced us to his friends and lesser seen amazing components of roatan. He was always timely and full of cheer no matter what time of day or night we contacted him. Highly recommend!

Jai gave us a tour of the west side of the island and we went to Mayan Eden where we got to hold monkeys and sloths! Based on his advice, we went in the morning when there were no cruises arriving and we had an amazing experience.

Unforgettable East End Adventure with Roatan tours 4u – 5 Stars! We hired Jairon through the recommendation of another Roatán visitor, and we’re so glad we did! Booking via WhatsApp was incredibly easy, which was a huge plus since we only speak English. From the very beginning, Jairon made it clear that the day was entirely ours—going at whatever pace we wanted and making adjustments along the way. Our adventure started on Island Time at 8:00 a.m. with a stop at Sandy Buns for their famous cinnamon rolls. Since Jairon mentioned he loved taking his son there, we grabbed an extra one for him—it was a great start to the day! Next, we visited the chocolate factory, where we got a quick history lesson and sampled some delicious chocolate and coffee. Afterward, Jairon took us to an indoor shopping market for souvenirs. This particular shop was air-conditioned (a welcome relief!), had a great selection of island goods, and even offered free engraving with no credit card fees—a nice touch compared to other vendors. Since we had already done a mangrove tour on a previous trip, we opted to go further east instead. Jairon took us to a beautiful local beach, which was a hidden gem! We were kicking ourselves for not bringing swimsuits—lesson learned for next time! Along the way, we stopped at several scenic lookout points for amazing photo ops. The highlight of our trip was lunch in Punta Gorda at a Garifuna Nation restaurant, where we enjoyed the freshest fish imaginable—we literally saw the fisherman bringing in the red snapper we had for lunch! Since we skipped the monkey/sloth encounter (a personal choice), we had time to visit a local brewery and sample some craft beers. Throughout the day, Jairon provided fantastic recommendations, giving us honest opinions based on what he learned about our interests and lifestyle. By the afternoon, we were completely satisfied with our adventure, but we’re already planning to hire Jairon again for a half-day fishing trip.
