If you at Roatan Port or Mahogany Bay Port, you will be pick up outside the gate, ask for the company name on your voucher, once you check in you will be leaving with designated driver to the second stop.
Here the ATV guides will waiting for you, to introduce their self and give you a brief information about riding the ATV before getting on to begin riding. do forget to wear your helmet given by your guide.
The Sloths and Monkeys Hang out, at Ajs park, this stop can be first or last all depends on the day you arrive sometimes the park is very busy or the ATV, so we swap the activities up so you don't have to wait to long for each activities, once you finish you will be taking back to the port.

Traveler pickup is offered Instruction meeting point after getting off your ship: There are two ship docks in Roatan. They are Mahogany Bay cruise port where Carnival Cruises, Princess Cruises, Holland America Cruises, Costa Cruises, and other ships dock. Then there are the Town Center Port of Roatan where Royal Caribbean cruises, celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruises, TUI Cruises and other ship dock. If your ship is dock on the Mahogany Bay Cruise port once, you walk off your ship walk up through the shopping area pass the water fountains up to the red top building on the right. It is the white taxis terminal it is a walking corridor at the end of the hall make a left on the pavement and walk up and over the hill through the big green gate. On the other side down the hill a representative will be there expecting you 1 to 2 hours after your ship arrival with a warm welcome and a smile on our faces ready to make your day a memorable one, look for Roatan Webster Tours sign. Optional If in a wheel chair or a scooter, you can get a taxi to bring you over the hill. NOTE: There will be local independent drivers and guide trying to sell you a tour just tell them you have book with us and they will leave you alone. After your excursion full of excitement, adrenaline and fun, we personally drive you back over the hill inside the gate. . If your ship is dock on the Roatan Village Port of Roatan, down in Coxen Hole once you walk off your ship it is much easier for you to find us. Just walk straight out pass all the shops then make a right. You will see lot of tour kiosk continue through the terminal making a small left straight out to the main street once exiting gate 1 look across the street for Roatan Webster Tours sign a representative will be there waiting for you 1 to 2 hour after ships arrival. If you make friends on board or have any family member and they are not booked with us but want to tag along that is not a problem, we will accommodate them with you. Once outside and having trouble locating us just feel free to ask any the security guard or any other local tour associate for Larry Webster or Roatan Webster Tours sign or you can contact us by emailing. If by any reason you decide to cancel your tour with us and didn’t had any internet on board or forget to email us back before your arrival to the island we will appreciates and be more than thankful if you can call us or send someone from your party to please inform us of your cancellation. We had an awesome experience riding ATVs and exploring the city with our tour guide, John. The ATV ride was super fun—everything was well-maintained, and we got clear instructions before starting, which made it easy to feel comfortable and safe. Riding through different areas added a real sense of adventure. What really made the experience stand out was John. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the area. As we explored the city, he pointed out interesting spots, shared local history, and made sure everyone was having a good time. He kept the energy fun while still making the tour informative. The whole experience felt well-organized and worth every minute. If you’re looking for something fun, a little adventurous, and a great way to see the city, I highly recommend this tour—especially with John as your guide! I’d definitely do it again!
We booked this excursion specifically with Webster Tours because we wanted extended time on the ATVs, and we were told we would have approximately two hours. In reality, the ATV portion lasted closer to 45 minutes. Had we known this, we would have chosen a different excursion and excursion provider. Please be aware that the drive to the excursion is long- The drive from the port was about 45 minutes in a small car, which was cramped for four adults. While the animal sanctuary was pleasant and the staff knowledgeable, it did not match the glowing reviews we had read and felt overhyped. The ATV tour itself was disappointing. The vehicles were older and not particularly well-maintained. Contrary to expectations, the ride did not go through town but instead through a residential area and private property. The trails were slow, narrow, and littered with burn sites and trash, making the ride feel unsafe and unexciting. Despite informing the guides that we were experienced riders, the tour offered little challenge or enjoyment. Overall, the excursion did not meet expectations, and the reviews do not fully reflect the actual experience. We would caution others to consider this carefully before booking.
