Begin your journey with a personalized cruise port pickup in a private vehicle, enjoying scenic ocean views during the 20-minute drive to West Bay Beach. Our team at the beach will provide all the essential information you need. Enjoy comfort with beach chairs, showers, and Wi-Fi, along with exceptional service at our beachfront restaurant and bar. You'll have 3 to 6 hours to relish the pristine beach with crystal-clear waters and white sand. Pickup Locations & Times
The meeting time is scheduled for one hour after your ship docks in port. Ship time and local time may differ, so we've adjusted the meeting time accordingly. If your ship's arrival time changes, the meeting time will remain one hour after your arrival. You can disembark earlier than one hour after docking, if possible, as our tour representatives are available before your ship arrives. Rest assured, if you're unable to make it within the hour, our representatives will wait for you. INSTRUCTIONS MAHOGANY BAY CARNIVAL CRUISE PORT: HOW TO FIND US * Walk through the Shopping Center. * Exit through the Covered Gangway to find the Carnival Taxis and buses. * Turn left when you reach the road and walk uphill to the Security Gate. * Walk down the small hill, and at the bottom, you'll see our Staff holding a sign that says “ROATÁN TUCAN ADVENTURES”. MEETING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE "PORT OF ROATAN, COXEN HOLE. • When you get off the ship, walk into the port. Pass the shops, pass the artificial rocks and painting on the wall to your right. • Turn to your right where you will find the shop “Piraña Joe”. • Continue walking forward. Turn to your right before you get to the “Tucán Gift shop”. • Walk under the covered top and follow the port signs towards “Port Offices,” “Taxi,” and “Exit.” You will come to a covered pavilion lined with stalls on either side that will be occupied by companies promoting their tours. • Continue straight through this area, following the sidewalk path straight ahead. Look for security gate 1, please Exit through there. • We will be right outside the security gate with a sign saying “ROATAN TUCAN ADVENTURES”. If you're staying at a hotel in Roatan, just give us your details and address, and we'll pick you up at the right time and date. Our team will make sure everything goes smoothly, so you have a hassle-free experience.

Excellent experience, highly recommend west bay beach .The best at Roatan.Our guide Ruth Amaya, was great. The food is pricey, but you can find better options across many restaurants on the beach.
Kendall, our private driver/guide was very professional and knowledgable about the local area and what to do. He offered to take us anywhere we wanted and had great suggestions. The only thing we really wanted to do was go to the beach and so we just went to the Henry Morgan resort beach. The beach was soooooo nice and chill. Very clean, beautiful fine sand and clear water. Variety of chairs to lay out on - shade or sun options available. We didn't eat there but people around us seemed to enjoy their meals/drinks. Originally we had an issue with the booking, but it was our fault for accidentally scheduling the wrong day. The staff that met us at the meeting point was very attentive and helped us immediately get in touch with the tour operating headquarters and they got us a driver right away!! What great service. We felt completely safe and cared for the whole time. Highly recommended.
Jose is the best tour guide/driver. Knowledgeable, accommodating and very kind and patient with all of us, a group of 12 with young kids and teenagers. We had the most amazing day in Roatan, all thanks to him.

The driver, Carlos, was amazing. In addition to the resort, he offered to drive us anywhere so we went to a scenic overlook and chocolate factory. We had a great time chatting with him, and he shared a lot of facts about the island. Having a private driver was worth it!
Simple walk out of the port to meet the driver. Ride was comfortable and scenic. Our guide Tonya was very kind and spoke clear English. The beach resort was beautiful, easy access to amenities and most importantly the beach and the crystal clear water. There are solicitors walking the beach, but even they seemed friendly while trying to sell their goods.

Our driver Iran was extremely nice and friendly. He made pick up and drop off extremely easy as he had waited for us at the port and on the beach until we were ready to leave. The beach was extremely gorgeous. I would highly recommend Iran as your driver and the beach excursion.
My husband and I had an amazing time in Roatan! Our driver Joey gave us a beautiful tour and was very knowledgeable with the island history. He was able to get us some local snacks that were great and he stayed with us the entire day! Which made it very easy to get back to our cruise ship without having to wait. The beach club was very clean, and the beach water was crystal clear! We really appreciated the rope on the sand that did not allow vendors to come up to you when you were trying to relax, but still allowed them to offer you items once you stepped on the other side of the rope. It was our first time in Roatan and it will definitely not be our last!
Carlos was our personal guide and was an absolute gentleman - he watched over us and checked on us the whole day while we were enjoying the beach resort. We got to know him better as we traveled to and from the port. We have never been on a better excursion with a better guide than this young man! 5 stars to Carlos!
