Book this and the tour operator never arrived pick up time was 9am then changed to 8.10am then changed to 9.45am it's not even shown up what a waste of our time and money sat outside our hotel for nearly 2 hrs

These delays were communicated directly to you. Please note that our driver was waiting for 25 minutes outside your hotel as initially planned, but unfortunately, we were unable to locate you. As this trip includes a shared shuttle service, the bus has to depart after waiting a certain amount of time to ensure that other guests can also be picked up on time.
