Lillian and Aileen fabulous Rio Tour 2024

Luis, our Tour Guide was absolutely Amazing. He arrived on time to personally pick us up. He asked us what we were interested to see. Luis , was a wealth of information on the history, architecture, culture and daily life. I highly recommend a private tour with Luis. It was like having a good friend that was a professor educate us about Brazil. He was fascinating, courteous , professional and flexible. We toured Christ the Redeemer and he took photos of us, which I appreciated. He was knowledgeable about plants and herbs. Luis , made our last day special. I will always cherish the time we spent with Luis , our knowledgeable Tour Guide. Muito Obrigado.

Excellent cost-benefit ratio.

Careful service, quality Service, three bedroom, very good breakfast, starting at 5am. The price is not low, but it is appropriate, considering it is a high-level tourist location. I really recommend it.

There's more to the must-see experiences

Luis absolutely made this tour an exceptional experience! Besides helping us actually enjoy the “must-see” areas of Rio, Luis was flowing with knowledge about history and local pointers. He communicated in English very well, recommended restaurants to visit, and even customized the tour when he learned there was some overlap with what we had already seen. He even knew the best spots (and ways) to get priceless photos of our family!!

Airport to port tour

Luis gave us a fantastic personalized tour. He spoke perfect English. He met us at the airport and gave us a city tour before taking us to the port for our cruise. I would highly recommend him as a guide

Rio Highlights

As it was raining with poor visibility, Luis customised our tour to include things that interest us. He's very knowledgeable, and offers an insider's view of Rio.

Luis should be everyone's intro to Rio!

Luis was so informative, funny, and engaging. We saw so much in a day that I don't think any other tour could provide - I felt like I was glancing into the highlight of a local. The history and insights about the city and culture provided insights and learning about Rio and Brazil that I couldn't get from a travel book. Luis made sure our visits to locations were efficient, but gave us the time and space to explore and take photos at our own pace. Our favorite was when he brought us to a local market and we tried tons of fresh fruit, veggies, and local treats that I probably wouldn't have attempted on my own. Highest recommendation!!

The very best way to see Rio

Luis is a phenomenal guide. He is well-read and extremely knowledgeable about Rio and Brazil. He is happy to customize your tour based on your interests - my husband and I were interested in history, architecture and views and we were not disappointed. We started in Corcovado to get a birds-eye view of the city. From there we explored a farmers market, took in views from Nicoroi, visited the neighborhood Santa Teresa and tasted our way though the day. The tour surpassed all expectations and we walked away with a new friend and a new appreciation and knowledge of Rio. We highly recommend Luis. You are guaranteed to enjoy.

His company allows you to know the biggest attractions of Rio with the added security and convenience that gives his great experience and knowledge of the city. A super recommended private guide!!
