Where do I start. What a beautiful slow cruise we had a long the river to our destination. Esther was an amazing tour guide. I did the 10 minute walk upto the restaurant/ swimming pool when we arrived at Foz de Odeleite. Swim very much need. Tables set out beautifully for our lunch. Then not realising that the captain of the boat ,his crew & the safari drivers were our waiters & entertainment. Absolutely amazing, they deserved every round of applause. And to the cooks who were too shy to come out ,the food was lovely 😍. Our cruise back was fun & entertaining with singing & dancing. All unexpected. I would certainly recommend this boat cruise.
Exceptional Day trip. Nice boat, and plenty to see. Lunch stop and swimming pool were excellent, as was the entertainment. I’d recommend anyone to experience this trip!

A wonderful trip, a treatment by all the excellent staff. We loved it and will repeat, it was the best weekend of the summer
Muito Obrigado pelo comentário. Serão sempre bem vindos a Portugal.
Very nice day, good animation, real pros, listening to the customer. From the moment of care, it smells of professionalism, basic restoration, but complete at will, to certainly do again, thanks to the beautiful German for her natural smile.

Well, I couldn't put any punches on it, the truth is that we haven't had a great time, try at all times to have a good time and it's been spectacular, I thank the whole group how good we haven't had, it's been lovely the timing of the songs in the restaurant, THANKS
Gracias ! No hace mucha ilusion de recebir tan buenos comentarios . Lo passaremos a nuestro staff Muito Obrigda
We had a truly lovely and relaxing day on the Guadiana River Cruise. The scenery along the river was beautiful and it was such a peaceful way to enjoy the surroundings. There was commentary from our fabulous host Esther in Portuguese, French and English, pointing out some of the interesting facts about the area. We stopped at a charming little villa with a pool where some of us took a dip before lunch. The setting was tranquil and really added to the experience. Lunch was delicious, featuring traditional Portuguese food, and we were treated to live folk music which gave it a really authentic feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the day. On the way back, the mood was lively and full of fun, with live entertainment, dancing, and even a conga line! It was a perfect mix of relaxation and lighthearted fun. Highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting the area. It wasa memorable and enjoyable way to spend a day.
Great to go up the Guadiana River on a boat. Beautiful river bank views. We arrived at the small village where most walked the 10 minutes up to the Inn. Those who couldn't walk were taken by minibus. Then swimming and a few drinks if desired, followed by a lovely simple local lunch. Bread abd fresh cheese, vegetable soup, chicken with potatoes and salad, finished with melon slices. Red and white wine and water... as much as anyone wanted. Local music, then back to the boat for the return. Music on board. A fun day out! Esther, our guide, very pleasant.
Other than the Guadiana bridge itself and Ayamonte (which can easily be seen from the Portuguese riverbank) there was very little scenery of note. The seating on the boat was very hard and no cushions provided (take a towel or similar to make it more comfortable). The instructions said take a change of clothes and a towel so we thought we might get wet. What wasn’t clear that what was meant was that swimming was available at the lunch venue and so should have said swimming gear and a towel. Very unlikely to get wet on the boat. Lunch was reasonable if basic (soup, salad and chicken and an orange for sweet) with a good service and more food and wine provided as required. A big effort was made by our hosts with regard to musical entertainment during an after the meal. Our guide Esther was excellent although the tannoy system on the boat was far from ideal. Going upriver (out of wind) it was hard to hear over and above the engine noise and other passengers continuing their conversations (particularly bad in multi lingual environments). Our return trip was better (going into wind) as the engine noise was blown away and thus considerably reduced. Overall a reasonable trip for adults but would not particularly recommend for children.
The day was good, lunch was excellent & the Portuguese music/singing was delightful. The boat leaving 45 minutes late was annoying.
I wasn't blown away with this tour. We were told to be there at 9.15 only to be told we were only sailing at 10 and even then it didn't leave until 10.15. Very annoying to have tour cut short. The rest of the tour was OK but definitely not worth the cost.
