Hello, I’m sorry you were not able to get to the tour departing point, which, btw, it’s centrally located at the main square in St Augustine at 150 Charlotte street. Our guide waited for your arrival until 8:00 but we could not wait further considering the other guests onboard. Everybody else made it without problems. We expected you to call us to reschedule to our next ghost tour at 9:15 but you never called so we assumed you had no interest and would try to get refunded by TripAdvisor, who you purchased the tkts from.
Great tour with Bob! Excellent tour, lots of historic information including ghost stories. Nice stops to see a little closer and take pictures. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Horrible the guide from Wisconsin had no personality… we were celebrating my daughters adoption 21 years ago… and we were separated… I was in front she was way in the back.. she is very shy.. and was uncomfortable the entire trip.. we will never book this again.. I was very very disappointed!
Our guide, Bob, tried for other guests to move but, surprisingly, they all declined. Seats are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Your party was the last one to arrive. Unfortunately, some things are outside of our control. Hopefully, you were able to celebrate such a wonderful event, congratulations!
Great story telling and a relaxing golf cart tour through St Augustine. It was fun for my young son as well. Garry was great.
