Went here last Friday with my lad who treated me for Father's day! What a place this is! From the pools, different themed saunas, the food and the outside area with swim up bars, it is literally a paradise 👌. They also have a waterside area as well that is amazing. I would definitely recommend going here if you want a full on day of pampering. 1st class
Do not book with Viator No QR code so could not gain entry Asked for a refund £68 no customer service no help centre. Probably won’t get a refund as less than 24 hours. Annoyed

As a result, you did not receive the QR codes the day before your visit, as we normally send them to all guests. As soon as we received your messages, we investigated the matter and processed a full refund for the booking. The refunded amount should be returned to your account within the next few days. A great time was had by us both, get there early as it was very busy on the Saturday. We enjoyed all the different saunas

We opted for the 3-hour ticket because we could only stay in the galaxy area, but it was wonderful; the children enjoyed the slide area while we adults sipped drinks at the pool bar in the warm water. Excellent cleanliness and services.

On arrival, there was a long queue to get in inside staff and not particularly welcoming. There is little friendliness or effort to create a positive first impression. Booking treatments was especially frustrating. There is no option to book in advance online which feels very outdated. As a result. We had to queue for over an hour to try and secure a treatment by the time we reached the front most appointments were gone. I was only offered one of the most expensive treatment rather than what I actually wanted and my husband was unable to get an appointment at all as everything was fully booked. There were still around 50 people behind us waiting and many others were clearly left disappointed as well. The spa offers free sessions in the sauna and steam rooms which sounds good in fairy but again the queue are extremely long and there’s no guarantee you’ll get a place Over all the experience felt very disorganised, overcrowded and lacking in customer care while this spa itself has potential, the poor system and unfriendly staff makes it feel very overrated

Very relaxing experience. From the swimming pool to themed saunas makes everything relaxing. We were there before our return to Italy (given the proximity to the airport) and it was a stop that I recommend to everyone. Large lockers to store a standard size trolley plus a small bag. Very precise body scanner (for a fee) that gives you, in a technical way, your body condition. The bathrobes we rented while the slippers we bought on site.

The spas are nice, but not spectacular. The Palm area nice, but in my opinion a little boring .. cocktail prices a little other, judging by the quality of service. Galaxy area with few slides, especially for the little ones (especially because it is the only area where they can stay, so at least it had to be full of attractions for them). Elysium area for a fee, with four precise saunas and lots, lots of boredom .. nothing exciting. The staff, then, icing on the cake, rude and grumpy; poor frustrated by life (like the rest of the city's inhabitants) I saw more beautiful spas .. all advertising... the only pros are the safe lockers, although to get there, you must first lose yourself three times (If not more)

The spas are beautiful and deserve so much 😍. But I would avoid doing the whole day... because you get very tired and leave early if za take advantage of the ticket paid for the whole day I recommend rather a 6-hour or evening entrance. For all three areas. To be redone touched and run Airport-Terme-Airport.😅
