Pickup Locations & Times
We organize all your transfers from Rio de Janeiro to Paraty, with a search service at your hotel, B&B, airport or meeting point. Departure times from Rio to Paraty (daily): Search service between 5h45 and 7h15. Search service between 8h45 and 10h15. Search service between 12:45 and 14:45. The day before the trip, our team will inform the exact time of the search, within the selected window. After the boarding of all passengers, we begin the journey to Paraty, to our marina; ► Important information about the route logistics : At the marina, we conduct a vehicle exchange as part of the route organization. This step is part of the route organization and can have a waiting time of approximately 40 to 60 minutes, depending on the arrival of other passengers. During this period, you will have access to on-site support facilities such as bathrooms and a rest area. This step was planned to ensure a more efficient and comfortable service for all customers. After the exchange, we continue the journey directly to Paraty, with landing at your address or at the nearest point.

I describe them: You draw your own conclusions. We leave at 05:00 am from Buzios with company InBuzios. We arrived 09:30 at Galeao Airport in Rio. The Top Transfer transport (subcontracted by InBuzios) stopped us to search at 14:30. Total 5 hours of waiting. We were transferred to the Marina where the boats leave to Ilha Grande. There, after a wait of 1:30 hours we were picked up by a car, 6 people to Paraty. We arrived at 8.30pm. Total: 15:30 hours transfer for 412 km. A real martyrdom!!!
We did not have a good experience with this transfer. They pick us up 40 min later than they told us to be ready. Then we were picking up other ppl in Rio for another hour. We finally left Rio for Paraty 1.5 hour later in a van with other ppl as described. We drove 2 hours and the driver stopped and said smth in Portuguese. They unloaded our bags and directed us to small sedan car. We were like: ok, we did not expect that but I guess we have another 2 hours in private sedan. But after 1 hour drive we picked up another couple with big backpacks! Our suitcases had to go on a roof and I was crumped with 2 other ppl on a back sit for another 1.5 hours. The whole trip took us 7 hours of uncomfortable ride from Rio to Paraty. I would not recommend this transfer.
We waited in the street for hours... we were told a few minutes of waiting at the base. In short, we can no longer wait so long with disastrous communication. If we had known .. we have few holidays, it is a waste of time! Take a taxi, this company is unreliable!

Mais malheureusement, des événements imprévus surviennent et entraînent parfois des retards. Notre transfert partagé récupère d'autres passagers jusqu'à la poursuite du voyage.
Safe as a solo female traveller who does not speak portuguese. They were good with my large case and the drive was smooth and straightforward.
