Me and my girlfriend had an amazing day out. Very attentive and helpful friendly staff. Amazing snorkelling experience and food! Well worth the money!
Very nice island hopping tour and the snorkeling was fantastic. Although the reef was greatly damaged during the 2004 tsunami, you can see that it has started to recover and it is home to a great variety of marine life. The guides were excellent and lunch was delicious.
The experience was incredible. The snorkeling was great in blue waters. The lunch was one of a kind, tasting a shark was very sumptuous. We enjoyed ourselves.
I rarely give less than four stars, but in this case I can’t rate this tour higher than three. What we liked: - Moyenne Island was great, especially the giant tortoises (but 45 minutes felt too short) Main issues: Snorkeling (the main reason we booked): - Only ~20–25 minutes of actual snorkeling - Other spots not really suitable - At one spot, you had to swim far against the current to reach the corals - Overall poorly planned Organization: - Asked to be at the harbor by 9:15 AM → waited ~1 hour before departure - Around 2 hours spent on lunch (too long compared to snorkeling time) Atmosphere & crew: - Crew seemed tired - One group brought a speaker and played loud music the whole time (not appropriate in a national park) After-service: - I forgot my snorkeling mask on the boat (my own high-quality gear) - follow-up support was very disappointing: I was told to contact the organizer, received one call, but my two return calls were never answered Conclusion: Nice locations, but poor snorkeling experience and weak organization → max. 3⭐
it was a very nice trip, two very friendly and informative guides and excellent food !
This expedition was awesome. Our boat captain was very friendly and knowledgeable. We took about a 30 min ride out and got to see fish in the glass bottom boat. You could feed the fish with bread if you wanted to. Then we went to moyenne island and saw so many giant tortoises. They free roam the island and it was great. There is a 40 min hike around the island with lots of shade and places to take great photos. Then we went off to snorkel and saw lots of fish. Visibility was a bit rough but it's the Indian Ocean, you can't really plan that out. We then stopped at a beautiful sandbar and got to relax and take photos. Next we headed off to grab lunch and it was phenomenal. The food was so delicious. Every single person got seconds. Alcohol and beer was available for an extra charge. We had rmaime time to chill after lunch and then we headed back to shore. The crew provides a chilled water bottle and a chilled water bottle was provided with lunch. Bring a towel and sunscreen. I highly recommend this tour. It was better than another one we took in Mahe. The crew was fantastic.
Steve and Roland were excellent guides and boat captains. Snorkeling was so fun and beautiful— Moyienne island with tortoises was amazing, the walk to clam shell was great, views spectacular! Lunch was delicious and we topped it off with a cold beer! Highly recommend— made our Seychelles visit a lasting memory!
We really enjoyed this tour. The guides were excellent and very friendly. We made several stops, as described—walked the trail on Moyenne seeing the tortoises roaming around and learning some of the history of the island. The snorkeling spot was very nice, with a big variety of fish to see. We had some time to walk around in the shallow water near the beach of around Island and then had a very nice Bbq lunch on Cerf Island. It was a lovely way to spend our first day in the Seychelles.
Our snorkeling tour was amazing and truly one of the highlights of our entire trip! From the moment we set out, everything was beautifully organized and relaxed, creating the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable day. The snorkeling itself was wonderful: crystal-clear water and an incredible variety of colorful fish all around us. One of the most exciting moments was feeding the fish and watching them gather in dazzling schools right before our eyes. It was such a magical, up-close experience and something we will never forget. We also loved visiting the island to see the giant tortoises. Seeing these gentle, majestic creatures up close was a truly special experience and added a unique touch to an already amazing day. Everything about this tour exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed every minute and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable adventure.
More of a boat tour than actually snorkeling. Only one if the six hours was spent snorkeling - however it was a very fantastic tour and amazing experience!
