Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful day. Absolutely recommended!
Very beautiful experience! Two top-notch days! (Reef Island and blue lagoon) Dreamy landscapes! Adorable and very attentive staff. Everything is done so that we have a very pleasant day in a good mood and with a joy for life! We ate really well! And saw the dolphins in the Tiputa pass in the evening! A delight! We also did the blue and green lagoon as well as snorkeling in the Avatoru pass the day before with a funny, smiling, thoughtful, and available team! A treat! Thank you all!
The best tour in Rangiroa. The entire tour is well planned and the tour guides are helpful. The reef island itself is very natural and beautiful. Full of fishes, coral reefs, and small sharks. The lunch they prepared is super good and well beyond our expectations! And there’s dedicated English and French tour guides, who are very responsible as well to watch out for your safety. Anyways super worth the money.
Two exceptional days spent with family, 7 people, with Rangiroa excursion: the blue and green lagoons, and then the next day, the island of reefs. Incredible memories and unforgettable smiles and laughter, with the added bonus of a long-awaited encounter with a playful dolphin. Thank you to everyone, especially to Paul, Dan, and Babou; you are extraordinary and exceptionally kind! The Thorion family from Earth (lol)
The weather was questionable, but didn’t look too bad. 30 minutes before pick up time I got this message from them: “Hello, As mentioned yesterday, the excursion is cancelled. I will process the refund.” I did not receive any information the day before, and no reason as to the cancellation or offer the option of a different day.
Ia ora na Wayne, You refer to my last message, but not to the previous one in which I asked to reschedule the excursion to the following day, Sunday, May 31. The lack of participants for Saturday, May 30, combined with the weather conditions, did not allow us to operate the excursion or access Reef Island. At that time, all of French Polynesia was experiencing a strong southern swell, making it impossible and unsafe to navigate to Reef Island, which is located on the southern side of Rangiroa. We are very familiar with the local weather and sea conditions and know when they may pose a danger. We never take risks that could jeopardize the safety of our guests, our crew, or our equipment. As I did not receive any response to my previous message, I subsequently sent you the message informing you that the excursion had been cancelled.
One of our best memories from our two trips to Polynesia, that says a lot!!!! We visited the reef island and the blue lagoon with Rangiroa Excursions and we LOVED it :-) Top-notch organization, professional guides and boat captains, super nice and passionate about their island. A fantastic atmosphere, a delicious meal, and unforgettable moments of sharing! If we could, we would go back there tomorrow with them :-)

An extraordinary day! Organization at the top and Marius knows how to share his attachment to his island. Feeling privileged in an absolutely incredible and striking setting of beauty. The captain and also cook prepared us a delicious lunch. And we even had the chance to see bottlenose dolphins playing with our boat. Thank you again!
