The lakes and waterfalls were incredible. The boardwalks were very well made and create a beautiful walk through the area. We visited in the middle of June and it wasn’t too busy. Our guide had fantastic knowledge of the area and Croatia in general, and was very friendly and helpful. Rastoke is very small and I probably wouldn’t put it on my list to visit, but it broke up the bus journey back, so it was fine.
The guide Marco was very friendly and gave us a lot informations not only for the lakes but for Zagreb also. It's easy to walk and an experience that everyone who visits Zagreb should have.

It was a very good and pleasant trip. The lakes and the waterfall, and colours are beautiful. The walka are not tiring even for eldery person. The guide is also friendly and knowlegeable. Last but not least, the driver, Ivan solved the first bus that had problem with the air condition by having a new bus to get back to Zagreb. Overvall the trip worth the cost of the trip

My tour to Plitvice Lakes National Park was great. The company was great with corresponding where to meet. Marin was our guide. He gave us some history of Croatia and Plitvice Lakes on our ride there. We stopped to use restroom and had opportunity to buy sandwiches and drinks to go. You will need lots of water for hiking in warm weather. Marin gave great instructions on how the tour would go and managed to keep all 45 of us together. He had such a pleasant disposition. The waterfalls are stunning. It was busy, so pack your patience and water and have a good time. There are lots of hills and the boardwalk can be uneven in areas, so it’s not an activity for people with limited mobility. Wear appropriate footwear for walking miles. After Plitvice Lakes, we stopped at Rastoke for about 35 minutes. It’s a very small town and had a few coffee shops with ice cream and desserts. These small businesses depend on tourists, so it was nice to see the quaint village and grab some refreshments. This tour was the highlight of my trip to Croatia.
