I had a wonderful day thank you. Reliable pick up and drop off. All staff were professional and courteous. Mohamed led the snorkelling with a lot of patience and smiles. I had a really superb one to one scuba dive with Kiro at Stingray Station. It was a lot of fun. Then White Island was idyllic and relaxing. The food and guest care on the boat was also superb. Thank you
Everything was perfect. Everyone was helpful and worth the ride with sunrise.
We had the most amazing holiday here !! Everyone was so lovely and very welcoming. The entertainment team were exceptional, always full of life and encouraging everyone to get involved. We truly felt we made friends with them all and loved seeing them everyday. The hotel was spotless, we felt very at home and were so so sad to leave!! Thank you 🫶🏼
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and opinions with us. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your time with us, and we look forward to seeing you again. 🤍
I had such a lovely time on this tour! Diving in the Red Sea was suberb experience! Totally recommend it! It is important to mention that I paid extra to dive half an hour instead of only 10min, but no regrets at all. A memory I will have forever. But if you do not want to be pushed around, do not accept taking pictures, they charge a quite sum of money and is embarrasing how they try to force you to buy them.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and opinions with us. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your time with us, and we look forward to seeing you again. 🤍
Really great and helpful, always smiling, and a memorable excursion that every traveler who loves to see beautiful fish should take.

Beautiful tour, excellent professional, friendly, welcoming staff. A special thanks to Momo who supported me in my first dive. Thank you very much. Congratulations everyone!!

Highs and lows. The excursion itself was genuinely good. Three stops in total — the first two for snorkelling/diving, and a final stop by an island. It was a full day (roughly 8am to 5:30–6pm), and at around £28, it initially felt like great value. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by constant dishonesty and hidden charges. When booking snorkelling, they conveniently fail to mention that equipment costs extra. I specifically asked in advance and was told it would be a maximum of 150 LE (~£2.50). On the day, we were charged 600 LE (~£9). It’s not about the money — it’s about being misled. Once you’re out there, you have no choice but to pay whatever they demand. The same pattern repeated with diving. I paid about £22 for what I was told would be two dives at two locations. When I went to do the second dive, I was suddenly told I had to pay again. I refused. Then came the photos and videos — initially priced at an outrageous £45, only to magically drop to £20 when I declined. That alone tells you everything about how they operate. This wasn’t a one-off misunderstanding — it was a constant pattern of misinformation, pressure, and opportunistic pricing. It turns what should be an enjoyable experience into an exhausting one. If you go, expect to be nickel-and-dimed at every step. The trip itself may be worth it, but the way it’s run leaves a very sour taste.
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the trip itself, the snorkeling and diving stops, and the overall experience in Ras Mohamed and White Island. However, we would like to clarify that any optional extras are communicated before the tour. Equipment rental, introductory diving options, and photo/video services are not included in the standard tour price and are offered separately to guests who wish to use them. Guests are always free to decline any optional services, and participation in additional activities or purchases is never mandatory. We take transparency very seriously and provide tour details through our booking channels before travel. Nevertheless, we appreciate your comments and will review your feedback with the local operations team to ensure information is communicated as clearly as possible. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we wish you all the best in your future travels. Bella Trips Team
The boat trip was very nice, also my son was totally enthusiastic and hardly bored. The Jubgs looked after everyone and the food was also very delicious. If we come back, we'll do it again
Overall we enjoyed the day but it was advertised as a snorkelling tour but for being out of the hotel 10+ hours we probably got about 20 mins max of snorkelling as you have to go in a group with a guide and they did it in split groups. The bit of coral we did see was a bit underwhelming...nothing like the photos. It was also very long winded, it was 2hrs + from being collected to getting on the boat when its a 15 min drive at most. I also felt like communication was poor both at the stops and with return transportation. That being said the boat itself was lovely and comfortable and the food was good and in general the staff were friendly. If you are looking for a nice boat trip (2.5 hrs to the national park and the same back) with a touch of snorkelling then its great but its a long day.
I initially wrote a good review for this tour because, during the tour itself, the guides sit you down and look over your shoulder to force you into writing a 5* review (so many of the glowing reviews will be from this, not true accounts). But after reflection and dealing with the impacts of this tour, I’ve decided I’ve got to go back and tell the truth about the actual experience. It was hard for me to realise how distressing I found the tour at first because I was distracted by the beauty of the area and also, honestly, I just was in survival mode for a bit. But these are the worst things that happened: - Lasting injury: during the dives, despite the fact it was our first time scuba diving, they didn’t teach us any safety measures for equalising our ears (preventing pressure damage to eardrum) outside of just pinching our nose and blowing out. We ended up going quite deep for beginners (around 15m) and this technique was not enough and both my friend and I ended up in a lot of pain. The guides felt very pushy and we didn’t feel able to stop them from taking us deeper. Sadly, this pain wasn’t temporary as I hoped and has ended up being ear barotrauma. It’s been over a month since I did this trip and the hearing in my left ear is still muffled and pops regularly. - Body shaming: one of the guides kept making the same fat joke at me until I was forced to acknowledge it. He kept saying to me “you look like you’ve eaten all the fish in the sea!” and I kept pretending not to hear it, hoping he’d stop. But he made the joke three times across an entire hour until I had to acknowledge it and laugh along. It made me feel terrible. - Violation of boundaries/consent: one of the things this tour does is force you into photoshoots on the boat to later try to solicit extra money from you for the pictures. My friend and I are not really photoshoot people…particularly the photoshoot they make you do where you have to do grand romantic poses and pretend to be on the Titanic etc. But tbh they were so pushy that we thought it would be easier to get it over with for 5 minutes than keep fighting them. This ended up being a mistake as the photographer/guide ended up forcing us to kiss each other against both of our consent and then photographing it. It might seem like a small thing, but this has really bothered me since and got into my head - we both really didn’t want to do it and the guide wouldn’t listen and wouldn’t let us leave until we did, and on a narrow boat side walkway we’d have to have physically pushed past him. This was made worse when later the photo of this was shoved in my face and I was petitioned to pay €120 for the set. I still feel very violated from this.
Hello Anastasia, We are sorry to read your feedback, and we take comments about safety, personal comfort, and guest experience very seriously. All our tours in Sharm El Sheikh are operated under strict safety procedures, and instructions are always given before any snorkeling or diving activity, especially for first-time participants. We are also concerned about the situation you described regarding interaction with the guide and the photo session, as all guests should feel comfortable and free to refuse any activity at any time. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. To properly review what happened, we kindly ask you to contact us with your booking reference, travel date, and any additional details about the guide or the trip. This will allow us to check our records, including trip reports and onboard photos/videos, so we can investigate the situation accurately. We appreciate your feedback and will review this matter carefully. Bella Trips Team
