Amazing experience. Great way to see the beautiful rainforest, many zip lines that vary in levels. Super safe, great work out and the staff were so kind! Bring bug spray, sneakers, and a rain coat as well!

This was an amazing excursion led by an engaging and really fun team! Even the administrative staff was warm and welcoming. There were several members of the team that worked together seamlessly to ensure we had a great experience so I can't name them all but based on my experience you'll be in good hands no matter what. They were very patient and encouraging and very good with children. This excursion was certainly a highlight of our vacation and so I highly recommend it!!

The guides where excellent and safety was there first priority. The were very knowledgeable about the local fauna and floral. The views were great. The longest line was 700 meters and you were 20 stories above the canopy. We saw local animals hiking from platform to platform.

The ziplines through the jungle were amazing, as were the exhibits containing snakes, frogs, sloths, and butterflies. We also saw an anteater and a tapir wandering about. Staff were helpful and friendly. I wish they had been clear with us in advance that we needed not just "a raincoat," but rain gear that can fit under a harness as the odds are super high that it will be raining HARD while you do the ziplines and you can't take anything that doesn't fit under your harness. A change of clothes is a MUST if you don't want to shiver in clothes that NEVER dry all day in this climate. Also, signing up for the half-day experience means you will wait around for the others to be done with the full-day experience. They don't take you back to San Jose when you are done, and they do NOT inform you about this before you are on the bus. Fortunately, you can look at cool animals while you wait, but don't plan anything in the afternoon or evening, thinking this is a half-day excursion. Between waiting for the others and the always horrendous traffic, this excursion will get you back to San Jose after dark.

Fun way to spend a few hours in the cloud forest. The Zipline experience was safe, fun and you get to see animals too!

Safety is first. Careful explanation on procedures. Friendly bi-ligual guides. Bathrooms and lockers (no charge) to store your belongings. Nice open air restaurant. Good food and reasonable prices. Note: if you're only doing the zip line and not the tram tour, you'll have to wait for everyone to finish before leaving. We ate lunch and waited in the restaurant. Bring a raincoat!
