This rafting adventure will take place in a beautiful river that rises at the Tenorio Volcano at the Guanacaste mountain range. Its pure and white water makes it the best river in the Guanacaste area for rafting. You can combine almost 20 kilometers of rapids with magnificent landscapes.

Great activity, great staff and guides. however it was all class I and II drops and there was only one class III and IV drop. The river was shallow and raft keep getting stuck. The road up to the rafting is uneven and you get a nice Costa Rican massage aka back and neck pain the next day.

My daughters in their 20s went on this rather than me, so writing it from their point of view. We booked through Tui. They had a fabulous day, the guide was very helpful and considerate. They were asked in advance if they minded falling out of the raft. Another lady on their shuttle bus was on crutches so she was put in to another boat so they could be treated differently. They had a fun-filled adrenaline packed day and said the scenery was lovely. Photos were taken by the guides which were expensive but purchases as no other ways of getting them.
I loved this experience and I’m happy we went with this company over others. They provide humor safety and so much fun on the water. It’s only a 4 out of 5 because of the water levels. It was a great time regardless but I wish we had come before and after dry season. Water levels weren’t as high as they could have been
We did rafting for my friends birthday and we had such a great time. Jason was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable and kind. We spent a lot of time on the water and the lunch was fantastic. Definitely recommend! Just bring bug spray!
My family and I had the most amazing time. Our guide was so funny and he had a great eye to see wildlife.. saw monkeys and a few other animals while on the trip. Highly recommend this company if you choose to go white water rafting!
This is a great excursion. Jason was an amazing guide and so fun to spend the day with. The entire experience was well worth the money spent. We will definitely be back to do it again.
Rafting was the best part of our trip to Costa Rica - the rafting guides were so much fun and very good at what they do. We highly suggest you do this excursion.

We had a wonderful experience! Our guides, Mario, Luiz and Fernando were fantastic. They took very good care of us (including grandma - thanks Luiz!) making sure we had a good time and that we were safe. The rapids were nice since it rained earlier. The views were spectacular. Rafting the Tenorio river is highly recommended. This is the second time we used this company. We used them in June 2018 and Fernando was also our guide back then. It's good see you again Fernando. Mario, you are crazy (in a good way). We had a blast, thanks!
Beautiful and quiet place, breathes a total peace, sand, sea and forests, and a very friendly reception from Costa Ricans, many places of fun, falls, trip along the river and the Pacific Ocean, travel over the forests by zip line, tour a great number of beaches and always in contact with the purest of nature.-
