I highly recommend this adventure when visiting Glenwood Springs. From start to finish a top notch experience. The equipment provided, the experienced guides, and the FUN! Four of us ranging from 10 years old to 68 years old. The most fun this 68 year old has had in a long time. Can't wait to go again. My granddaughters were a bit scared at the beginning, but loved every minute. The older one (11 yo) ended up jumping in at one point (never would have believed she would do this) but that's how comfortable they made us feel. Thanks for the experience Blue Sky and Hayden for being a great guide.
so much fun and a great value for the money. the dam ensures flow so you will have a great time. our guide, nick, was great fun and kept us upright and on track despite a stiff wind.
What a FANTASTIC experience!! The check-in process was quick and smooth in a comfortable waiting area; the staff was pleasant and welcoming; the set-up process was informative and complete. The bus ride to the put-in was short and scenic. The time on the river was awesome! Our guide, Rocky, did an excellent job navigating and entertaining! It was such fun meeting the others on the raft. The trip is beautiful. Kudos and gratitude to Rocky and to the whole staff and crew for an unforgettable day. Being a local, i had a wonderful time seeing Patrick in the driver's seat on the bus, as well as his wife, sister-in-law, daughter, and niece all at work (hope I didn't miss anyone)! So much fun! Great family adventure
We booked this half day adventure literally last minute, about 1.5 hours before it set sail. It did not disappoint and was an EPIC adventure. We had our three sons ages 11, 8, and 7 and they were exhilarated and want to do it again. Our guid was Stu and he was great, knowledgeable, experienced and very friendly. We will highly recommend this place to anyone who is in glenwood for vacation. Everyone there was so kind and friendly and made us feel safe, and like we were on a great adventure. 10 stars, all the thumbs up.
Great fun! We had perfect weather. The guides were friendly and helpful and everything ran on time. We had never white water rafted before so we were a little nervous to start. Then we saw a 5 yr old on another raft and knew we were in for a fun time. We also did half the ride in 2 man kayaks and that was very fun. Highly recommend!
All smiles for this family group of 9 with a 6 year old, a teenager, and experienced paddlers. Shoshone has great water, waves, and splashes that are fun for all levels. The float down to Glenwood under the sun, canyon walls, and blue skies was magic. The Blue Sky folks are friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Our guide Mud Flap--beyond the finest with stories and must-hear raft guide lore. Will book with them again for sure.
This was my wife's and my 3rd time rafting with Blue Sky Adventures, Our last time here was 8 years ago. They are in a new facility since we were here last (since 7 years ago), but they provided all of the same combination of fun, excitement, and safety that we experienced in our previous trips with them. They have a great variety of experiences to choose from. We did the half day trip down the Colorado River. Besides our guide, "Mudflap", there were 7 of us in the raft. The youngest was 5 and the oldest was 70, with varying levels of experience from those who had never been in a raft to my wife & I who have rafted many times. "Mudflap" did a great job of making us all feel safe and made sure we all had a great time. I absolutely recommend making a Blue Skyy Adventure rafting trip part of your Glenwood Springs experience.

Amazing trip with Allen! Great for a family of five, ages 5+. This was a three hour trip. Rapids were enough to make if fun, but nothing scary. We would definitely go again!.
