Very weak tour guide. Too much political opinion, random family history and personal peccadillos. Limited Quebec knowledge and history. Not certified guide.
Given by somebody with many years in the city and lots of anecdotes. Ask about the cannonball tree..
We had a very lovely guide, Madeleine, who was very informative and went above and beyond to tell us all about beautiful Quebec. Would highly recommend
The guide never showed and never got in touch with us. We called Trip advisor and to their credit they responded immediately trying to contact the guide, but with no success. They offered their apologies and a refund., which was appropriate. However, we wasted half a morning and were very disappointed in losing the opportunity for a tour that day.
We had a wonderful experience learning interesting information and seeing unique sights. Guy made it a very unique and personalized tour.
Guy our guide was excellent. He was very informative, friendly, went at a good pace, and interactive. We enjoyed it a great deal.
Visit to the super interesting city with a friendly and enthusiastic guide. A unique experience.
Madeleine was my tour guide. She communicated with me ahead of time, texting to confirm my interests. She was flexible to meet me at my hotel to start the tour. I asked for more of a culture-and-cuisine tour of Old Quebec. So Madeleine went light on the military history and instead talked about what makes Quebec City and its residents special. We walked in and out of shops in the lower Old City sampling foods. She pointed out restos and also museums I could follow up on in my own time. It was a wonderful introduction to Quebec City from a resident with professional expertise as well as an ability to modify tour contents to visitor’s preferences.
Patricia was our guide and was outstanding. Great knowledge, wonderful pace and stories that made the 2 hours fly by. Definitely recommended
Our tour guide was great. Very knowledgeable. She also was kind to walk us slowly, through the old town, not directly up the hill. I would highly recommend the tour and Pat, our guide.
