Itinerary
Visit and walk through an almost abandoned village with few inhabitants left. Get to learn about the history of this old beautiful mountainous Cretan village and expect great landscapes and photographs. We are walking along with you and showing you the most beautiful places whilst providing you with insightful information about the area. Expect to see a beautiful and unique place not many people know where to find.
Get to see a great village which is popular for the sweetest freshly squeezed orange juice and also home to a Renaissance famous Greek painter named Dominikos Theotokopoulos (El Greco). Walk the streets this famous painter walked, get a feel of a traditional Cretan village and see the house El Greco grew up in. Alternatively, enjoy a quiet moment by the shade next to the river and ship a great orange juice or iced coffee.
Drive the ATV alongside the quiet beach of Fodele and enjoy the site of the horizon over the ocean. Breath in the salty sea air from the rolling waves only a few steps away.

very kind people on the ela quad safari. the guide showed us interresting places like the ghost town and traditional fodele. recommend defintly!
The quad safari had a really good mix of locations; on road, on dirt track, by the sea, through a village etc - it was a really good way to see different aspects of the local area. ALL the staff were amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Nicholas who went above and beyond to help us plan the rest of our day (beach recommendations etc) and even helped get our car out of a difficult car parking space at the end. This was our favourite day of our trip due to all the team at Ela quad safari. - They provide helmets (some with visors) and protective hair nets, and some quadbikes have large storage for bags to keep your belongings safe, so you can take stuff with you e.g. drinks. You stop half way where you can buy refreshments from a local cafe with really friendly customer service, and lovely ice cream -

Amazing trip in a quad bike convoy through local towns and a "ghost village". They guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely do again.
We had a great time on this quad safari. George was super friendly and took into account the age and confidence of the different members of the group. The stop at the ghost village was very interesting. Highly recommend this experience.

Fantastic trip! George was super friendly, a great guy! None of the group had rode a quad bike before but they were super helpful, everything felt safe and the drive was easy enough for first timers. Great views over the island and an interesting stop off at the ghost town! Highly recommend and would 100% do again!

Frankly no respect for tourists, you have to know and respect everything that comes to you or in front of you with their car. The way we talked with my husband. It was too aggressive. Fortunately there was the French girl with him. Otherwise he’ll never stop screaming just because the car was left in front of Son. Ela quad safari
