Your breathtaking adventure begins with a pickup from the pier and a relaxing private drive through the wonderful Costa Rican countryside on an air-conditioned transportation and recent model deluxe vehicle or mini bus. Professional guides ensure your safety and provide fascinating insights into the rich biodiversity, starting with a 15-minute ride aboard our specially designed tractor. Once we reach the top of the mountain, we will explain step-by-step all the safety procedures you must follow. We then descend to the bottom via a series of zip lines, including 12 platforms and 10 cables with a total cable distance of 3.5 kilometers, among them the longest cable in the area (2400 ft.). After this great adventure our tour will continue with a short drive to Tarcoles River, where a 60 minutes Eco boat tour will allow you to enjoy the abundant wildlife of the area, including the huge crocodiles, multiple aquatic birds, scarlet macaws, howler monkeys and other species

Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park is a premier 450-acre eco-adventure park located in the Central Pacific region, just minutes north of Jacó near Herradura. It is a highly professional, certified sustainable facility offering a diverse lineup of outdoor experiences. Popular activities include a 10-cable zipline canopy tour with expansive rainforest views, rugged ATV and buggy jungle trails that lead to private swimmable waterfalls, horseback riding, extreme canyoning/waterfall rappelling, and an interactive chocolate tour. The park features excellent traveler amenities, including dedicated lockers, showers, changing rooms, and an on-site outdoor restaurant.
Enjoy a pleasant boat tour with a professional naturalist tour guide and enjoy its rich and abundant wildlife. It is a habitat for American crocodiles, while the marshes located at the river's mouth have many waterfowl and wading birds. Among the many herons and egrets are the boatbill and bare-throated tiger heron, and other birds found here include double-striped thick-knee, mangrove warbler and American pygmy kingfisher. The total list known of birds well exceeds 320 species including the little known Guacalillo Canals. The avian biodiversity is substantial including rare birds such as Agami Heron, Rufous-necked Woodrail, Jabiru, Yellow-billed Cotinga and recently found an Orinoco Goose. It's also home of Howler and White-faced Capuchin Monkeys. Less commonly seen are Silky Anteater, Sloths, Grinson, Jaguarundi, River Otter and Northern Tamandua
The Crocs Skyway: A Modern Finale Before returning to your ship, we make a sophisticated final stop at the brand-new The Crocs Skyway. This premier tourist complex offers an elevated aerial platform providing a safe and spectacular vantage point over the river’s wildlife. During this 30-minute interlude, you can: • Enjoy a refreshing iced coffee or a cold local beverage. • Browse the Grand Souvenir Gallery for high-quality Costa Rican crafts. • Sample authentic local flavors at the snack bar or chocolatier.

Pickup Locations & Times
This tour is exclusive for cruise ship passengers. If you are not arriving by cruise ship please do not book this tour. Tour operate only when we have cruise ships in port. Pick up is at the main gate entrance of the pier. It is a very short walking distance from the cruise ship. Once at the entrance of the pier, you will see a Greenway Tours Guide holding a sign with your name. SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT PICKUP TIME All our pickup times are set to 8:00 AM by default. HOWEVER: If your ship arrives after 8:00 AM, the Pickup will be 30 minutes after ship arrival. You can book your tour and we will adjust the time accordingly with your ship arrival. If you ship is late, our staff will wait for you till the ship dock and allow you disembark. We operate all our tours accordingly with the ship´s arrival.

The reason this isn't 5* is the zip line crew didn't handle the flow of people through the platforms very well. Groups were clumped together in the middle of the zip line course and people from the tail of the group jumped the line and moved to the front.

The van and tour guide were easy to find, the guide was knowledgeable, the driver was great. The zip line , and the crew were great, helpful and safe. Wanted to do it again. The boat tour was awesome, saw lots of Crocs and birds. The guide was very knowledgeable.

Zip line was fun, tourguides very nice, friendly and helpful. 10 lines 200 to 400m long, two connecting hanging bridges. A little detour courtesy tour guide and driver got us to see a macaw family sitting high in the tree and scream back at us for disturbing their peace 😄. The boat tour is in the mouth of a river, almost no current, brackish muddy water and boat moves by outboard motor. Area access limited by tide height. Covered maybe 2mi roundtrip. Saw some crocs, old and young, a few birds and beautiful vegetation. Quite funny narration by boat guide. But too much waiting between activities incl a unnecessary 40min stop at a souveniershop with option to get sth to eat in restaurant, just 20 mi away from port. Coming of a cruiseship food already well covered and this tour was aimed at cruisers only. While the wait after zipline would have been great opportunity for another round, we did not know that it would have been enough time, so was never an option or offered. Overall this is more a 3.5 hr tour rather than the advertised 5+ hrs, and we returned to port after ca 7 hrs! FYI : NCL docks in the commercial caldera port. You are not allowed to walk from pier to entrance (ca 400m, 1/4mi)!. The tour operator does know which of the two puntarenas ports you will arrive if you provide ship info, but they don't have license to drive into he port, so you are at the mercy of a shuttle that was provided by NCL, but timing and logistics, execution was a NCL disaster

Unfortunately our tour had to turn around after being in traffic for three hours. We never reached our destination. I would recommend that tour drivers check traffic conditions prior to picking people up so that they can have the option of cancelling without losing their day in traffic.
We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. Unfortunately that day was a situation totally out of our contral with the high traffic. It was Holly Week and even we checked the traffic conditions at the begining of the tour, the conditions changed from one moment to other. Some of our groups were able to reach their destinations, but unfortunately others no as probably was your case. Our professional tour guides toke the desition to return to the pier in order to guarantee your integrity and not miss your ship and be on time for the set sail time. Even the situation ALL our customers affected by this unspected situation received the full refund. The same situation affected 90% of all the tours departing from the pier. Not just us
It was fun! The tour guy was informative. There were 10 lines and very friendly staff helping us along. The crocodile boat tour was not bad, we did see some crocodiles and the captain of the boat did something crazy...taking picture with one hand and opening the crocodile's mouth with the other hand! He was in the water!! OMG

Zipline was top notch. Team of guides performed flawlessly. Friendly and safe. Crocodile viewing was a bit dated. The loading pier seemed kind of rickety. We did see huge crocodiles, did not disappoint.
