Highly recommended, they contacted us on time. The people were very kind, we spent more time than I expected. Very organized, they did not pressure us to buy things (as they do on other tours). They only showed us, and you decided. I liked it a lot, thank you for everything.
I booked the excursion with Xcape Tours. Very fun, a ride on buggies, a visit to a beautiful cenote, and also to a wonderful Macao beach. The excursion is highly recommended, I couldn't have chosen a better agency. Very attentive and punctual staff, I would definitely do it again!
In the Cenote, we have only been given 14' to be, I will strip, get in the water, get out of it, change, everything in 14' and also the access to that Cenote is very bad, some small stairs that barely reach the water and then to get out, or you climb by wet stones or you grab a rope of knots and upwards. Overweight people impossible to enter the water, let alone leave. And the beach of Macau, beautiful, but, very crowded by staff who sell you everything and more, and also 15' between you arrive and leave. They don’t give you time for even a small bath, let alone a drink, after hours of spinning around. Also and this is separate from the trip review. The driver of the truck, stopped in a town, to pick up 6 Dominican people, acquaintances or family members, but I am sure they did not pay for the excursion. The truck driver knew them, and when you get to the bugis, no one asks you who you are or where you are from, the only place they ask for the tour ticket is at the hotel pickup. I think, I’m sure, that they didn’t pay for the tour, but it’s not the first or the only time, because no one asks for the tour ticket, only at the exit of the hotel.

En relación con Playa Macao, al ser una playa pública, la presencia de vendedores ambulantes y comercios locales es completamente ajena a nuestra operación y fuera de nuestro control. Sobre la situación mencionada en el transporte, queremos enfatizar que todos los participantes son previamente verificados por nuestro equipo antes de abordar. Nuestra empresa mantiene comunicación constante con los clientes antes, durante y después de la excursión para garantizar una correcta coordinación y seguridad operativa. Algunas personas pueden ser clientes recurrentes familiarizados con el personal, pero todos los participantes realizan el pago correspondiente para tomar parte en la actividad. Even though they speak a little English. Our guide Chris was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the process. I felt like he was very patient with us. It was a lot of fun!!
I enjoyed the Buggy tour. A driver came to pick me up from my Airbnb apartment. Tour started 12 pm and ended by 4pm. Great experience really. Get very safe all through. I recommend 100.
We enjoyed the buggy rides and definitely got nice and muddy. Jumping into the cave was a neat experience too. You definitely don’t have a lot of time before you leave again. We truly felt like we were hounded a lot on our trip. To us this ended up taking away from the fun we had. Once we got to the beach, hounded again. We saw several other companies riding so read up on all the reviews. The coffee stop was neat, but again we were hounded to buy stuff. Overall it was ok. Definitely do your research.

I will start by saying I give them a 10⭐️ rating. We had the best time ever in Punta cana with this excursion! From the start they were professional, punctual, and accommodating to our needs as a tourist. They reached out to scheldue a pick up time from our resort. They sent a validation confirmation that we were scheduled with photos of the driver. They included the name as well as the tour bus we would be riding in. Our driver arrived on time as scheduled. We had so much fun from the start to the end of the excursion. We were able to see and do so much during our time allotment. When I say AMAZING that is exactly what I mean!! We road ATV’S. The guide made sure that we stayed together as a group. They even had guides in the middle and the end of the group ensuring we did not venture off course and that we were all accounted for. I liked that a lot especially being in a foreign country where I have no ideal where I was going. They made sure we were directed properly and we stayed together. The beach was breath taking. They allowed us time at each destination to see the different scenery and take part of the different cultures. We enjoyed the cave and being able to see the many wonders of nature. When I say a sight to see just plain memorable. If you do not do anything else while you are in Punta Cana atleast try this excursion you will be as happy as we are!! The memories made with my family are priceless. I will be back again for sure!!
