Expect a half-day packed with adrenaline, splashes, and off-road excitement in Punta Cana. Upon arrival at Caribbean Lake Park, you’ll receive a safety orientation before beginning the activities included in your booked package. All experiences are guided and beginner-friendly. Depending on your selected option, you’ll enjoy jet skiing across the lake, driving an off-road buggy through rugged terrain, and/or racing on the Aqua Kart water track. No experience is necessary — our team provides clear instructions and supervision. All guests also enjoy full access to the inflatable water park, high-speed Donut Ride, zipline, and pool club area — giving you time to relax between thrills. This experience is ideal for couples, groups of friends, and families looking for multiple adventure activities in one organized location. We will call you 24 hours before your trip to confirm the location and exact pick-up time. Round-trip transportation is provided from any hotel in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Uvero Alto, Cap Cana, or Macao. Please make sure to provide your pick-up location when booking.

We went for the jet-ski’s, but had I known we would only be able to ride them once for less than 5 minutes, not be allowed to go over 10 mps, & be stuck for 4 hrs I would’ve chose a different excursion. They didn’t allow us to take our own pictures. They had to take them, only for them to over charge you for them. They tried to charge me $120.00 usd for photos of myself & children that I could’ve taken on my own. The water obstacle was a small blow up course. They did not sanitize the helmets or life jackets. I wouldn’t recommend. We were a party of 6, & everyone was underwhelmed. They did not enjoy it. A complete waste of over $600.00.

The park is designed as a multi-activity experience, allowing guests to enjoy each attraction over approximately four hours at their own pace. We decided to give this a try as it had jet ski and buggy atv. We were advised our 14 yr old would be able to do all but driving the atv buggy. Only to find out he wasn’t allowed to operate anything. The aqua cars are on a small part of the lake, it was ok. The zip line was ok, nothing exciting. The buggy atv was super fun as always. Jet ski was just ok. The whole experience was very disorganized, told one thing by 1 person only to be told to go somewhere else by another . A lot of time was wasted having to go from 1 place to another only yo be told it’s wrong.

Horrible experience that never got off the ground company stated pick up at 1:30 they arrive earlier to get in contact with me and me and my spouse arrive to the pick up area for our driver to had left us then instead of the company sending another driver they ask me to find a way to the excursion site. Contact Viator and the Excursion company for a refund and still awaiting

Me and my wife loved this excursion. The water carts were so fun, my wife had a blast with the water carts and the donut zip thing. It dragged us all over back and forth. I personally loved the jet ski, it felt like I was racing, and every lean into the turn around the little island sent exhilarating heart pounding adrenaline through my body. Catching air time as I zipped across was great. The zip line was lackluster, by the time I did the obstacle course I was done. It was more for little kids I felt, or people with a lot of energy. The entire area was beautiful. You can't bring food, or even a water. Bottled water is $2 but they are pretty big. The photos they charge $60, and they are pretty good quality, but it was a little pricey for me. Water shoes are a must. The donut and the obstacle course have a rough rocky bottom. I had a water proof phone case and recorded some videos but nothing as good as they had.

Any extras such as professional photos, lockers, or optional add-ons are not mandatory and are always clearly explained before purchase. The photos are provided by our on-site team via AirDrop or email, which is the standard method in Punta Cana as Wi-Fi is not available on the beach or in the park. As the direct, licensed supplier, we always aim to deliver safe, fun, and fairly priced activities. We regret that you felt otherwise, but we assure you that all costs are transparent and communicated in advance.
Pickup from the hotel was a breeze. The park was less than a 30 min drive located right in downtown. Once we got to the park the communication was great. You are given a bracelet for each activity you book. They will tell you which one to do next. The included activities are easy. The whole park is more family oriented. There is an onsite pool. Drinks and food can be purchased for a reasonable amount. All three activities are on small tracks. The buggys you go around 3-4 times. For the jet skis it's on a oval track you just go around on. We did not do the aquakart but that's also on a track. Transportation back to our hotel was a whole ordeal. the driver told us when he dropped us off we can just call when were ready to leave and we can go. What he meant was if the whole party in the van was ready you can go so we sat for over an hour waiting for others.

The place is located in a area on a man-made lake. It felt very disorganized. We had very limited time on each event and after waiting on line for one ride it broke. I’m disappointed in the cost paid versus the value.

The aquakarts are the absolute favs !!! Amazing staff all over !!! The donut is sooo fast and fun !!! We did a backflip into the water , we were going that fast !!! They were going fast on the jet skis and someone flipped upside down on them so yesssss very good time!!!
So much fun! Variety of activities, but you get real dirty on the buggies! The aquakarts & jet skis are the best!
