Pickup Locations & Times
Our team will meet you in your hotel lobby holding a sign with your name on it, and they will also call your name in the lobby upon arrival. We will give you a call one day before your scheduled activity to confirm your pickup location and exact pickup time. Please be ready 1 hour before the tour departure time. Round-trip transportation is provided from hotels in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Uvero Alto, Cap Cana, and Macao.

I was initially excited about the activity but when arriving It didn’t meet my expectations. While on the jet skies you’re going in a circle on man made water so nothing exhilarating about that.

We did all of the activities fairly quickly you get done with most them without an hour. By 11:30 asked if we could go back to the resort, but we were told we had to wait for our shuttle, we waiting until 1:30 for our shuttle to leave. There were too many people riding jet skis in a small circular area at the same time, which made it feel a bit unsafe. The little motorized karts were fun, and the zip lining was quick but fun as well, but all of the activities combined only took about an hour to complete. One thing that was particularly frustrating was that guests were required to surrender snacks and water before entering, but those items were never returned. We arrived around 9:00 The majority of that time was spent sitting around waiting with very little to do. For us, it ended up feeling like a wasted morning that could have been better spent exploring everything else the DR has to offer.

The main attraction the obstacle course was not fully inflated hard to stay on the many limp spots, very moldy/dirty. Jet ski area is tiny and they do not allow you to go very fast. Zip line let's you off at a VERY sharp coral/rocky area be sure to wear water shoes as you can not wear flip flops and bare feet is not my recommendation.

Not at all like the description, very ghetto and unprofessional. The entire place feels like the side of a highway that just happens to have water. Up charges on every activity. Left 2 hours earlier than intended.

I booked three excursions through this company and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. When I arrived for my scheduled activities, I was told that only one of the three excursions was booked in their system. I then spent almost 3 hours out of my 4 hour excursion trying to call and message the company with no response. They finally responded within the last hour and were able to correct the issue, allowing me to participate in the other two excursions. However, because of the delay, I was rushed through those activities and didn’t get the full experience I paid for. While I appreciate that they eventually resolved the issue, the lack of communication and the time lost significantly impacted my enjoyment.

Overall, the trip was a great time with family. Luis and Franklin were awesome guides. They do their best to make the most out of the trip they take you on. Fishing was a good ride along the shore. The snorkeling reef was okay but not phenomenal. However, the staff did everything they could to make sure you had fun. Originally, we were taken to a very busy reef and we asked to go somewhere more secluded. Luis and Franklin took the boat about 20 minutes out to a separate reef where no one else was at. We saw many fish, which was excellent and Luis should us around the reef, but many of the parts of the reef were did which was a shame. Afterwards, we were given fresh coconut on a beach shore and then went to a natural pool to listen to music and hang out. Going into the trip we were skeptical, but afterwards we were very happy that we went. The staff did a great job of making sure their guests enjoy themselves. I would say the trip is one of the best you can do in Punta Cana. Thank you to all.
