Stop 1: Natural Cave with Crystal-Clear Water Dive into a refreshing experience at a hidden cave surrounded by nature. Here, you can swim in its cool, crystal-clear waters—perfect for unforgettable photos and magical moments. It’s an ideal spot to disconnect and enjoy a pure, natural environment.
Stop 3: Macao Beach We end the tour with a highlight—one of the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches in Punta Cana: Macao Beach. Here, you can relax, stroll along the shore, or simply take in the stunning Caribbean scenery. You'll also have time for photos, and if you’d like, you can purchase a drink or snack right by the sea.
Stop 2: Traditional Dominican House Experience a cultural moment at an authentic Dominican countryside home. You’ll learn how locals live, see how coffee, cacao, and other organic products are grown, and enjoy the chance to taste traditional flavors of the country. An experience that’s both educational and delicious.
Round-Trip Transportation Included Your adventure begins the moment we pick you up at the entrance of your hotel or Airbnb. You'll hop on our safari-style bus, a comfortable and open vehicle perfect for groups and for enjoying the scenic views along the way. The ride to the ranch is entertaining, with sights of the Dominican countryside and a brief tour introduction from our guides. After the buggy ride, we’ll return to the starting point, and our transportation will take you back to your accommodation safely and comfortably, wrapping up a complete experience of adventure and culture.
Tropical Forest Adventure During the buggy tour, you'll embark on an exciting journey through rural roads and trails deep within Punta Cana’s tropical forest. You'll drive through lush trees, uneven terrain, mud puddles, and wild nature—making the experience even more thrilling, fun, and full of adrenaline.

Hotel Pick-Up Times by Area Available Daily | Three Departure Slots: BÁVARO & PUNTA CANA (Closer Hotels): Pick-up begins earlier, starting at 7:00 AM / 10:00 AM / 1:00 PM depending on your selected time slot. MACAO & UVERO ALTO (Farther Hotels): Pick-up begins later, up to 8:10 AM / 11:10 AM / 2:10 PM depending on your selected time slot. Important Notes: - Pick-up begins 1.5 hours before your scheduled tour time. - Please be ready at your hotel’s designated pick-up point (lobby, gate, or meeting area) 5 minutes before your assigned pick-up time, the drivers are only allowed to wait for 5 minutes. - Confirm the exact location with your hotel reception in advance. Additional Pick-Up Guidelines Staying at an Airbnb or a location without direct transportation access? You’ll need to arrive at the designated meeting point: KFC across from Coco Bongo Punta Cana. I booked an excursion with this company in Punta Cana to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was meant to be a highlight of our trip. Instead, it turned into a complete waste of time and money. We were given a confirmed pickup time at our resort. We were ready early and waited in the designated area. No one ever showed up. No call. No text. No message. Nothing. After waiting well past the pickup window, we tried contacting the company multiple times through every method provided. Responses were nonexistent. There was zero urgency, accountability, or customer care especially unacceptable for a paid, scheduled service. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. This was a birthday plan that could not be replaced last-minute. When you’re on vacation, time is the most valuable thing you have and this company wasted ours completely. What makes this worse is that we are still waiting on a refund for a service that was never provided. At no point did we cancel. They simply failed to show up. There is no justification for holding onto our money. If you’re considering booking with this company, be aware: • Confirmations mean nothing. • Pickup reliability is questionable. • Communication is poor when problems arise. • Refunds are not handled promptly or professionally. There are plenty of excursion companies in Punta Cana. Choose one that values your time, your money, and your experience. Unfortunately, this one does not. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially for special occasions.

Unfortunately, on the day of your scheduled tour, we experienced an unexpected system failure that affected our communication and dispatch operations. This issue caused serious disruptions, including missed pickups and delayed responses, which is absolutely not the standard of service we strive to provide. While this explains what happened, we fully acknowledge that it does not undo the inconvenience or disappointment you experienced. For that, we offer our sincerest apologies. We take full responsibility for this failure and have already taken corrective steps to ensure this does not happen again. We genuinely regret that your celebration was impacted and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our services. Everything was nice. The cave was just very crowded. Couldn’t get an opportunity to get in, but we definitely enjoyed everything other than that.
