Best part of our trip

10 out of 10, must do! It’s a LONG day and a lot of ‘bumpy’ driving towards the last stop but I am SO glad we did this. Beautiful sites, our favorite part was the lunch in the most amazing spot and the best meal we had the whole trip. (Maybe pack extra snacks bc it was a late lunch). The guides were great, just wish we would’ve known there was a drop off meeting spot so that was confusing but it was well coordinated.

The whole tour was well...

The whole tour was well organized, the transportation was comfortable, and everything ran on time. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip enjoyable from start to finish. It was a full day, but definitely worth it. If you want to see more than just the beaches of Punta Cana, I highly recommend this tour. Thank you

The experience itself was...

The experience itself was amazing. Full day program with a lot to do and see. They provided a private photographer who took lot of pictures of everyone during the trip, which you were able to purchase at the end of the day. He was great. However our tour guide made our experience bitter. He seemed to care about a few people in the group. We felt left out like we are not even there. Funny thing is that the photographer realized this and he showed and explained to us what the tour guide should have. That says a lot. Overall I recommend it a 100% , just with a different tour guide.

Amazing, fun, unforgettable, and breathtaking!

My father booked this private 3-in-1 adventure for my family and me, and it was an unforgettable experience! Before we set off, we met our amazing guide, Caesar, and our magnificent driver, Sebastian. They made our trip worth every penny! Caesar took the time to get to know our family and created memories we will never forget. We all had such a great time and an incredible day of fun thanks to Caesar and his amazing trabajo! We were even able to keep in contact with Caesar and hopefully get to talk to him soon! Sebastian made sure we got to and from every adventure safely and comfortably, and we are so grateful. Thank you, Sebastian! We also got to share some snacks from back home with both of them—Twizzlers and lemon wafers! We hope they enjoyed them, and we hope to see Caesar in the States someday soon!

Too much bus, too little time in sites, terrible guide

This tour is for people who does not mind riding in a bus for hrs. 9-10 hrs of bus time vs 3 hrs of sites time is not a good ratio in my opinion. Montana redonda is gorgeous, but you only get to spend 30 min there; and good luck trying to ride the attractions. Bathrooms are terrible too. Haitises is beautiful, but again, rushed. Not a lot of time to really explore the area. The waterfall after lunch is nice, we actually spent a full 1.5 hrs there which allows us to feel the place. Food was delicious; a typical dominican meal incredibly flavorful. The people they have on site were very polite, very helpful. Then there is the guide, Joel. The constant request for tipping got annoying, asking to tip in the mountain, tip for the boat , tip for the lunch, tip for them at the end of the tour. Many conversations aimed to push tourist to tip. He said "workers in Dominican Rep envy us because we get a lot of tips." wink wink. His conversations got really boring really fast. The jokes were bad; at one point my wife go angry at his inappropriate jokes, like suggesting to women in the tour that if they wanted to get pregnant, to stay with him a few extra minutes in the cave alone in the presence of the god Luna and he guarantees a pregnancy within a week. The cherry on the cake was at the end of the tour, when he congratulated us for "having the bravery to go outside the resort instead of staying and just eat like pigs like everyone else there" (he didnt literally said eat like pigs, her used the word "tragar" which really translates that way). At that point I saw the full bus looked at each other, we were all befuddled. Another thing that bother me is that before booking this, i specifically asked how many people they take on the tour, and the guy said 20-25. I thought that was not too bad. In reality, there were at least 55 people which slowed down everything. It is ridiculous to charge $160 for a day trip in a tour with no proper services. I understand this is a third world country and should not expect world class facilities, but then charge what you offer. Maybe with a different guide the experience is much better, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this tour with Joel.

You have to experience it

A lovely tour, except it started with a 30-minute delay for pickup, and they rushed through the Round Mountain, where I believe more time was needed. Everything else was a lovely experience.
