Puerto Princesa Underground River Shore Excursion

We were followed throughout our journey by corazon travel. Nics and 'was wonderful and always available for all our tours and all travel to and from various places and various airports. Every day he updated us on the times and places to meet. No delay or mishap.... in short it was wonderful@ Very happy and very quiet about everything. I highly recommend this operator and I recommend even more to make you follow Nics.... and 'very good and sweet. I almost feel her a friend!!! Thank you x everything!!!

I really wanted to give this tour 5 stars because the people are really nice and they really go the extra mile to try and please. But…it’s not very well organised and there’s a lot of waiting around. In all honesty a cruise organised excursion may be better for cruise passengers.

"Jeff Moon" (nickname) was the best tour guide ever. Very funny, very accommodating, and very knowledgeable. The buffet was outstanding, and the underground river tour was amazing. Worth every single penny. Best driver so far to date that we've experienced on the island. I dont know his exact name, but he goes by "arvy" or maybe "rv" the great.

Our guide nicknamed Brian gave us an excellent tour . Good information is provided throughout. Courteous and helpful. Driver was very pleasant as well . Great value when compared to our cruise organized tour. Highly recommended

Lycka for a great job arranging the tour, Rich did a great job managing my group even though he would usually have had another guide to help him, and everything went smoothly. I had gathered a group of 15 fellow cruise ship passengers the day before we arrived in the port of Puerto Princesa. On very short notice, I booked this tour and as the group grew larger, Lycka was able to find us another van to accommodate all 16 of us. The tour went smoothly, the weather was great, and even though the park had over 1000 permits issued for the day, it wasn't too long of a wait. (The cruise ship passengers on the official and much more expensive tour did get priority over everyone else. Not completely fair but I suppose you need some benefit for the money!) But we just went over to the restaurant there at the pier with a really good Filippino buffet and had an early lunch while we waited. I haven't gotten any complaints from the group and everyone has said that seeing the Subterranean River was well with the day long trip.

Excellent service as picked up and drop off to port gates. Our guide Roman was really friendly and informative. The underground cave was just amazing and the buffet meal afterwards super tasty. I would definitely recommend booking if you're on a cruise.

Highly recommended ! Our tour guide Tata and driver (sir Edmund ?) gave us a great tour of the subterranean river. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were on HAL cruise and Tata met us outside the cruise port gate at 7am holding a sign with our name. It’s ~1hr 45m drive on a well paved but curvy road (bring dramamin, sea bands as needed) to Sabang. Very scenic drive imo We waited about 5m for our outrigger boat and loaded by stepping in the water (calf deep). The outrigger boat ride is fun and 20min or so. Great views of the coastline but engine is very loud —so bring ear plugs for this part. We got off the outrigger boat on a beautiful sandy beach and had a short walk to hop on our canoe to tour the cave. They gave us a hard hat and audio device for the tour. We toured 2km of the river although it’s much longer. Lots of bats you can see and hear — but not scary. They are small and 99% are sleeping the ones flying are usually far away and try to avoid you. You don’t have to paddle and the guide has a light to point out cave items. Loved all 3 parts of the tour: ride, outrigger, canoe. Would definitely use Corazon again. They are very responsive and helpful through the booking and tour process. Impressed. Also great buffet lunch. At least 15 items to choose from. We decided to skip the zip line, mangrove tour and got back to the ship around 1:45pm. Traffic was starting to get bad coming back once we hit town.

This was a great trip, one of the best on that cruise. The underground river is amazing and the itinerary of the trip was very good. Actually, it is more or less the same for all agencies but the critical point is how much do you wait for the boat to get to the river. I heard that most of the people were waiting there for hours and consequently had a minimal amount of time in the cave and lost the lunch as well. Unlike them, with our very capable guide we were waiting for cca 20 minutes and had a great time the whole day. So, I would really recommend Corazon Travel and Tours for this trip.
