Our cellar specializes in the sole production of Cartizze: the top-of-the-range line of Prosecco, and our vineyards are organically grown. We offer a guided tasting of our 4 sparkling wines, with detailed sensory analysis, to learn how to taste a wine through a mini sommelier course. After the tasting paired with sweet and savory appetizers, our outdoor tour will allow you to learn about the production and cultivation process by meeting the centenary Cartizze vines, grown organically without chemically synthesized products.

Itinerary
One of our guides will accompany you during the tasting experience which includes a brief explanation of the Prosecco territory with particular attention to its Cru, the Cartizze. A sensory analysis of four Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze sparkling wines will follow: 1 glass of Cartizze BRUT • 1 glass of Cartizze DRY • 1 glass of Cartizze BIO EXTRA BRUT • 1 glass of Cartizze BIO EXTRA DRY. We continue outside with a visit to the cellar and the organic vineyard where the methods of winemaking and some notions on the care of the vineyard and on the ORGANIC cultivation will be illustrated. The experience ends in our panoramic Photo Point!

PDC Cartizze — Cartizze Full Tour ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stumbled into this not knowing what to expect. Left with a box of Prosecco and a genuine education. The vibe is completely relaxed — no pretension, no pressure, just friendly people who know their stuff and enjoy sharing it. Our guide was great. In 30 minutes I picked up more about actually tasting and understanding Prosecco than in the past year combined. The selection is excellent. Tried several pours across the range and every one was worth it. We bought a whole box on the way out. Enough said. If you’re anywhere near Valdobbiadene, don’t skip this.

Beautiful location and their Prosecco was very good, especially the Brut & Extra Dry. 4 wines in the tasting and a light lunch. Just felt that the wines were poured a little quick as we never finished the previous one before the next was poured.
